　　会计是一门实践性很强的学科，经过三年半的专业学习后，在掌握了一定的会计基础知识的前提下，为了进一步巩固理论知识，将理论与实践有机地结合起来，本人于2xx年1月10日至23日在北京斗山食品有限公司财务部进行了为期两周的专业实习，以下是此次的会计实习总结。

　　公司的财务部并没有太多人，设有一名财务经理，一名出纳。此次负责我实习的是公司财务经理—张经理，张经理根据我两周的实习时间，主要让我了解财务软件的使用和会计处理的流程，并做一些简单的会计凭证。公司采用的是金碟财务软件，从编制记账凭证到记账，编制会计报表，结账都是通过财务完成.我认真学习了正规而标准的公司会计流程，真正从课本中走到了现实中，细致地了解了公司会计工作的全部过程，掌握了金蝶财务的操作。实习期间我努力将自己在学校所学的理论知识向实践方面转化，尽量做到理论与实践相结合。在实习期间我能遵守了工作纪律，不迟到，不早退，认真完成领导交办的工作。

　　我的会计实习总结特别的写上这一点，刚到会计部张经理就叫我先看她们以往所制的会计凭证和附在会计凭证上的原始凭证。由于以前在学校做过会计凭证的手工模拟，所以对于会计凭证不是太陌生，因此以为凭着记忆加上学校里所学过的理论对于区区会计凭证完全可以熟练掌握。但也就是这种浮躁的态度让我忽视了会计循环的基石——会计分录，以至于后来张经理让我尝试制单的时候感觉到有些困难。于是我只能加班补课了，把公司日常较多使用的会计业务认真读透。毕竟会计分录在书本上可以学习，可一些银行账单，汇票，发票联等就要靠实习时才能真正接触，从而有了更深刻的印象。别以为光是认识就行了，还要把所有的单据按月按日分门别类，并把每笔业务的单据整理好，用图钉装订好，才能为编制会计凭证做好准备。

　　作为学习了差不多三年会计的我们，可以说对会计已经是耳目能熟了。所有的有关会计的专业基础知识、基本理论、基本方法和结构体系，我们都基本掌握。但这些似乎只是纸上谈兵。倘若将这些理论性极强的东西搬上实际上应用，那我们也会是无从下手，一窍不通。 下面是我通过这次会计实习中领悟到的很多书本上所不能学到的会计的特点和积累，以及题外的很多道理。

　　以前，我总以为自己的会计理论知识扎实较强，正如所有工作一样，掌握了规律，照芦葫画瓢准没错，那么，当一名出色的会计人员，应该没问题了。现在才发现，会计其实更讲究的是它的实际操作性和实践性。离开操作和实践，其它一切都为零!会计就是做账。

　　其次，就是会计的连通性、逻辑性和规范性。每一笔业务的发生，都要根据其原始凭证，一一登记入记账凭证、明细账、日记账、三栏式账、多栏式账、总账等等可能连通起来的账户。这为其一。会计的每一笔账务都有依有据，而且是逐一按时间顺序登记下来的，极具逻辑性，这为其二。在会计的实践中，漏账、错账的更正，都不允许随意添改，不容弄虚作假。每一个程序、步骤都得以会计制度为前提、为基矗体现了会计的规范性，这为其三。

　　登账的方法：首先要根据业务的发生，取得原始凭证，将其登记记帐凭证。然后，根据记帐凭证，登记其明细账。期末，填写科目汇总表以及试算平衡表，最后才把它登记入总账。结转其成本后，根据总账合计，填制资产负债表、利润表、损益表等等年度报表。这就是会计操作的一般顺序和基本流程。

　　会计本来就是烦琐的工作。在实习期间，我曾觉得整天要对着那枯燥无味的账目和数字而心生烦闷、厌倦，以致于登账登得错漏百出。愈错愈烦，愈烦愈错，这只会导致“雪上加霜”。反之，只要你用心地做，反而会左右逢源。越做越觉乐趣，越做越起劲。梁启超说过：凡职业都具有趣味的，只要你肯干下去，趣味自然会发生。因此，做账切忌：粗心大意，马虎了事，心浮气躁。做任何事都一样，需要有恒心、细心和毅力，那才会到达成功的彼岸!

　　根据教学计划的安排，10年暑假到年底我被安排在南京市丁山花园大酒店前台实习。

　　刚到酒店的时候，很高兴，对什么都觉得新鲜和好奇，可当正式上岗的时候，才发现，这份工作很辛劳。但是，不可否认，也可以学到很多东西。

　　作为原南京香格里拉大酒店，丁山花园大酒店是一座集酒店，公寓，会所于一体的现代化的综合商务旅游中心。其拥有各种类型的客房，还以其正宗的淮扬菜肴和多元化的娱乐设施闻名遐迩，又因靠近南京机场和火车站，中心商务区等客流集聚地，拥有足够的商务客源。丁山花园大酒店80%的客人都是来自中外各大城市有名企业或商业集团的商务客人，其中很大一部分是长期选定丁山宾馆作为下榻宾馆，并和宾馆签订有长期合作协议，其中，日韩美，港澳台等外宾人员也较多。这些商务客人的住宿成为丁山宾馆的重要盈利点。

　　前台作为酒店的门面，是最先对客人产生影响并做出服务的部门。一家酒店的效率以及利润的创造，基本上都是从这里开始的。因而，一般来说，酒店对前台的要求都会高一点，通常都会对求职者的英语水平和交际能力有较高要求。丁山花园酒店前台的工作主要分成接待及客房销售，预定，登记入住，退房及费用结算，客人答疑及服务要求处理等业务。由于酒店前台涉及到的知识比较多，因此按酒店惯例，一般安排新员工培训两到三个月，然后试着让其独立上岗。

　　培训都有前台资深老员工带着。我到丁山后，经理安排前台主管带我，先接收两个月的培训，然后试着让我独立上岗。培训期间，要逐步学习酒店的产品知识，如何帮客人预订客房，入住登记，结算费用，懂得如何识别并登记各种身份证件，及通晓各国货币和人民币之间的汇兑。培训大体为两个月，但因人而异，可稍长或稍可短，培训期间只上早班和晚班。早班为早上七点到下午三点，晚班为下午三点到晚上十一点，培训知识基本掌握后开始上夜班，夜班为晚上十一点到第二天七点。

　　培训每天的任务就是跟着师傅在前台操作，遇到新的情况师傅都会讲解，操作流程师傅也会讲，忙的时候就帮忙打下手，从旁学习如何和陌生的客人沟通、如何站在客人的角度为他们订房、如何报房价、如何接听客人的电话等，并且每天留一定时间跟着师傅学习新的东西，然后抽空记忆。在方面上说我们学的是在前台的技能，可纵观全局前台也练就了我们与客人的沟通的能力。

　　首先，我介绍一下所在市场的基本情况，我所在的太康市场是豫东深度分销的楷模，实行的是大客户与小客户相结合的乡镇代理体制，除了县城的几位大客户外，在每一个乡镇设一个一级经销商，是完全的市场精耕。

　　其次，我很有幸能够参加2015年啤酒大战，感受啤酒营销，在我们区域市场的主要竞争对手是流通领域的维雪啤酒，餐饮渠道的雪花啤酒，当然了还有其他品牌的啤酒，如青岛啤酒，燕京啤酒等等。

　　在3月和4月份是啤酒竞争最为激烈的时间，因为都在抢占市场;我们金星也组织了大规模的铺货活动，比如把金星旗下的新一代，小麦啤酒等进行大的促销，并迅速的占领了优势市场，赢得了主动!

　　在抢占市场的时刻，在流通领域里铺货时，作为总公司的主打产品金星新一代的促销政策是10带2加1.8升的大豆油，展示两个月，27元/箱;维雪20带3，28元/箱;雪花10带2，28元/箱;竞争是相当的激烈。在县城的每一个终端店都是必争之地，各个厂家都在抢，真是一场没有硝烟的战争!

　　在餐饮领域的竞争，更是在比拼实力，都在买店，你出3000，我出5000，经过较量我们金星买断了大部分饭店，但也付出了沉重的代价，花费了将近200万买店费!

　　时止今天，我的实习期已经结束了，在这三个月当中，我付出了很多的辛劳，同时也收获了硕果;由于我在这段时间里表现出色，已成为集团公司的一名正式销售人员，享受国家统筹及优厚的薪酬待遇。
