小班组主题墙的环境创设——XXXXXX幼儿园
幼儿园主题墙的创设，是丰富幼儿园教育环境，优化教学手段，提高教育质量的一个重要途径。幼儿园主题墙让教师走出班级环境创设的困惑；让幼儿成为班级环境创设的主人，并与环境有效地对话，成为幼儿学习的互动平台，促进幼儿的发展；让幼儿园课程成为班级环境创设的内容；让幼儿园成为一个联动的整体。因而主题墙不仅是一座架在幼儿、教师、家长三者之间的桥梁，它更是幼儿发展、幼儿园课程与班级环境创设三者的有机结合体。因此，创设一面真正能让幼儿喜欢、能积极互动，并能促进幼儿主动发展的主题墙在我们的教育活动中是至关重要的。
《幼儿园教育指导纲要》中明确提出“环境是重要的教育资源，应通过环境的创设和利用，有效促进幼儿的发展”，因此，以“幼儿发展为本”，创设幼儿发展所需要的主题墙就显得尤为重要。有价值的主题墙，从感官上带给幼儿有关线条、形状、色彩、构图等因素的刺激，在情感上带给他们愉悦感。
本次我园小班组开展以【动物王国】为主题的主题墙环境创设
小一班动物们爱吃的水果
小二班动物的叫声
小三班我喜欢的小动物
小班组【动物王国】亲子小报展
让幼儿以主人的身份直接参与主题环境创设。教师由原来的动手者转变为观察者，倾听者和支持者。要多关注孩子的兴趣点，观察孩子的需求，激发他们创设主题环境的积极性，多倾听孩子的所思、所想，给孩子提供适度的支持。其次，将收集的材料和创设环境的过程作为幼儿的学习过程。我们应和幼儿一起收集材料，在这个过程中，应尽量让幼儿自己去做，自己去想。通过多渠道让幼儿利用已有的知识经验，通过看、听、问途径来获取信息和材料。在收集材料后尽量让幼儿自己协商如何装饰主题墙，这样一来孩子间的相互交流更能加深对主题内容的理解，也更进一步的深化了主题内容。
