学习总结
李启生
在这次培训中我们的活动形式多样、内容丰富,聆听了来自不同领域的教授专家的报告讲座,每一场讲座都好比一份美味大餐,既学习了很多理论知识,也获得了很多新的理念。作为一个工作在农村教师进修学校的教师,我深深的感到自己在工作中存在很多的不足之处,通过这次培训,我学到了很多在工作中总结不出来的经验和理论,如何使我们的培训愈发显得真实、自然、厚重而又充满着人情味,作为老师的我更要关注的是蕴藏在培训中那些只可意会、不可言传,只有身临其境的教师才能分享的东西,要关注那些伴随着师生共同进行的探究、交流所衍生的积极的情感体验。我们不但要传授知识,而且要善于以自身的智慧不断唤醒教师们的学习热情,点化教师们的学习方法,丰富教师们的学习经验,开启教师们的学习智慧。让我们行动起来,做一位有心的“烹饪师”,让每一节培训课都成为教师们“既好吃又有营养”的“培训大餐”!
此外,我还认识到:一节好的培训课,新在理念、巧在设计、赢在实践、成在后续。一节好的培训课,要做到两个关注:一是:关注教师,从教师的实际出发,关注教师的情感需求和认知需求,关注教师的已有的知识基础和生活经验……是一节成功培训的必要基础。二是:关注培训:抓住培训的本质进行教学,注重培训思维方法的渗透,让教师在观察、操作、推理、验证的过程中有机会经历培训化的学习过程,使教师真正体验到培训,爱学培训。此外,我认识到:一节好的培训课,不要有“做秀”情结,提倡“简洁而深刻、清新而厚重”的教学风格,展现思维力度,关注培训方法,体现培训课的灵魂,使培训课上出“培训味”!而教师的“装糊涂、留空间”也是一种教学的智慧和方法。
我突然感到自己身上的压力变大了,要想不被淘汰出局,要想最终成为一名合格的骨干教师,就要更努力地提高自身的业务素质、理论水平、教育科研能力、培训教学能力等。我觉得我还是一个小学生师,要学的东西还很多,和新老师一样,不能因为自己新而原谅自己教育教学上的不足,因为对教师来说师范教育也只有一次。而这就需要我付出更多的时间和精力,努力学习各种教育理论,并勇于到培训上去实践,及时对自己的教育教学进行反思、调控我相信通过自己的不断努力会有所收获,有所感悟的。在反思中得到提高,教育工作要有反思,我们教师工作也要有反思,经过这次培训,我觉得自己在今后的工作中必须加强自身素质培养,真正做到“身正为师,学高为范”,这样才能赢得教师的尊重。
培训总是有限的,但开启的心智给了我广阔的天地与无穷的动力。培训是暂时的,但进取是终生的。今后,我会更积极主动地向优秀教师学习,亲身实践,把自己的收获运用到自己的教育教学工作中,使自己的教育教学工作得到更全面的发展。
