关于选拔赴韩国庆熙大学交换生的通知
一、项目简介
根据我校与韩国庆熙大学(Kyung Hee University)的校际合作协议,现选拔两名交换生赴该校学习一年(2010.9-2011.8)。申请者可到该校进行韩国语培训,也可根据本人专业选择该校相应院系以韩语或英语授课的课程。学生留学期间在庆熙大学免学费和宿费,但须向我校缴纳一定金额的交流基金。
二、 申请者条件
1. 中国国籍持有者。
2. 热爱社会主义祖国,拥护改革开放政策,坚持四项基本原则,品德优良,具有学成后回国为学校、国家服务的事业心和责任感。
3. 学习成绩优秀,品行良好者,具有明确的学习计划和目的。
4. 申请者为在校全日制正规生(非毕业班)。
5. 身体健康。
6. 申请者须具备较高的韩语或英语能力(英语TOEFL 213/80分以上或其他考试的同等水平)。 7. 学生在交换留学一年后须返回北师大继续学习。
8. 申请者须有足够的经济能力支付在韩生活费用等。
9. 候选人应有能力支付“交流基金”(因项目类别而定,不退),并按照学校的要求交纳保证金(按期回国如数退还)。
三、申请程序:
1. 登录对方网站http://www.kyunghee.edu/ 查询相同或相关专业的课程设置是否符合本专业师大课程要求。关于留学生在庆熙大学学习的相关信息请查询:http://web.khu.ac.kr/~cie/
2. 按照要求准备申请材料,申请材料清单请查看我处“校际交流”网页中的“交换留学申请材料一览表”,并将此表附于申请材料首页。
3. 在截止日期(20xx年3月18日)前递交申请材料,恕逾期不候。
4. 我处本着公平、公正、透明、择优录取的原则,在截至日期后的两周内将遴选结果告知所有申请人。
5. 候选人接到我处通知后在规定时间内领取相关申请表格并在规定时间前将表格交回我处
核对检查。
6. 候选人按学校要求交纳保证金后,由我处统一将申请材料邮寄给对方学校。未得到对方录
取通知书或韩国签证者,学校将保证金如数退还。
7. 我处在收到对方通知后,将最终录取结果告知所有候选人。
8. 成功录取者需要按照学校要求交纳留学基金,与学校签定交换生协议后,持录取通知书、
我处出示的相关公函、护照及其他相关材料在韩国大使馆办理签证。
9. 办理相关离校手续,参加我处组织的行前教育。
