一、教研室工作计划的指导思想
根据学院工作重点和经济管理系的发展规划，结合教研室的实际情况，依据学院及系部的工作部署和安排，在系领导的指导下，结合专业建设、教学需要以及学生的实际情况，本着提高、完善、务实、创新的原则，在全体教师的讨论和积极参与下，特制定本学期的教研室工作。
二、主要工作任务与要求
1、加强常规教学管理，做好教学指导工作
（1）对本教研室教师的教学工作进行常规检查。主要在期初、期中、期末检查教师的教案首页、教学日志 、作业批改、辅导、拟卷等方面的情况。
（2）组织好每学期结束前的考务、阅卷及教学文件上缴工作、积极落实下学期的课务安排、教材选订工作，为下学期教学工作做好准备。
2、加强专业与课程建设
（1）加强专业教学计划的研讨，继续完善本教研室各专业教学计划的修订，使专业教学计划更适应市场对人才的需要。
（2）加强课程建设和改革，探讨符合我院学生实际的课程教学模式和方法。
（3）加强校内实验室的管理，使之更好地为教学服务。进一步完善实验室的规章制度，督促实验室人员做好实验室使用管理、安全管理。
3、争取省级科研立项申报，完成院级立项，提高教师的教学科研能力
4、完成学院和系部领导交办的其他临时性工作。

本学期主要围绕学校的相关转型需要及大学英语新的课程标准要求进行常规教学，并不断纵深大学英语教学改革，不断提高教学质量，促进学生综合素质的完善。具体工作为：
1、保证开学初大学英语教学的顺利开展，要求每位教师按时到岗、课前备课充分、课中教学认真、课后积极辅导；
2、提前做好全国大学英语竞赛的赛事准备，保证比赛有序进行；
3、进一步就大学英语教学服务学生专业的改革进行研讨并制定实施方案；
4、着重强化学生的四、六级过关技能；
5、做好自主学习及期中考核的各项工作；
6、做好期末考核的各项工作。

The rules of IDEA Four-Team Parliamentary Debate are intended to closely follow those of the Worlds Universities Debating Championships (WUDC). They differ in
some places to provide tournament directors options of deviating from the WUDC rules when they need to do so.

The Teams and Motions
The
teams
supporting
the motion in the IDEA Four-Team
Parliamentary
Debate are referred to as the "Proposition." The teams arguing against the motion
are known as the "Opposition" teams.
A ―motion‖ is the statement around which the debate takes place. The motion
divides the ground in the debate between the Proposition and Opposition teams and
should allow for reasonable arguments both for and against.
Ordinarily, motions are
announced shortly before
each
debate
begins.
A
different motion will be used for each debate and will be presented to the debaters at
a
specified time, usually fifteen to thirty minutes
prior to the debate. In some
situations general topic areas (for example
―environment‖ or
―international relations‖) or
even
specific motions themselves may be
announced
prior
to
the
tournament.
