Order NO.XE201301
The order mentioned above was delivered to us on 15 April 2013.It is with great regret we have to complain about the packing of Carton 3 and the quality of material in Carton 6.
Carton 3 does not appear to have packed in waterproof material and has become sodden on arrival. As a result, the 500 pencil case AC215 it contained has been badly stained and show signs of rotting.
The1000 notebook AC605 in Carton 6，is not up to the standard of the similar material we ordered from you on 10 October,2012.It appears to be loosely bound and the paper is much too thin and rough . Under separate cover by air parcel post we have sent you one of the notebooks in the Carton 6 and also one from the sample we obtained from you on your previous visit to us.You will be able to compute the two for yourselves. We have always been reply on the high quality of your
products and packing in the past. We are, however,disappointed on this occasion as we have received emergency orders from our VIP clients. We will, therefore, appreciate it if you can let us know without delay what action you can take to help us to get over present difficulty.
