作为教师，头顶太多无上荣誉，从“辛勤的园丁”“蜡炬成灰泪始干”“人类灵魂的工程师”到“太阳底下最光辉的职业”，这就注定教师，你必须要全副武装知识、能力、态度来承担起教书育人的责任。

在一年的工作历程中，我认为最棘手的问题就是处理孩子的事情，孩子在课上、课下有一些突发小事件，班主任在还好，班主任不在，我就感觉自己完了，该怎么办？好，硬着头皮上吧。

记得有一次开家长会，有个家长问起孩子在学校表现时，我心里就想，当着家长的面，直接说孩子不好多伤其面子，就不管好坏，将其宝贝夸成一朵花，当然这样家长听着开心，孩子却依旧如此，没有改变；之后觉得这样不对，我应该让家长了解孩子的优缺点，才更有利于孩子的进步。所以，之后后来凡是有家长问孩子在校情况时，我都只说孩子的缺点，让家长明白孩子的问题所在，但随之而来的问题就是如何克服孩子的缺点，一到这个环节我都乱了方寸，一句家长“老师，那你说该怎么办？”自己都会不知所措，家长将任务推给老师，老师说出缺点将责任推给家长，陷入两方尴尬的境地，不是不想解决，是想让孩子更优秀但却无计可施的困惑。

但这种困惑持续很长一段时间，直到看到儿童技能学习法。 印象最深的就是当老师给家长提出孩子错误时，家长会本能性地将过错推给别人，虽然说的不是家长的错，但却比说家长自己还难受，而书中却指出了孩子的问题，这样更有利于家长心理上的接受，不产生抵触心理。所以在上文我只字未提孩子的缺点和统统全是缺点的做法全是不对的，对于她孩子上课爱说话，没有以前专心听讲的现象，应该给家长说的一些话是“我觉得孩子要学习上课积极举手发言的技能”，如此便易于沟通。

当然儿童技能教养法，不能孩子一来就说“你要学习什么什么技

能”，最主要的是破冰工作，孩子被老师谈话，总有害怕心理，我们就要从日常生活、课堂、课下孩子优秀的地方着手，让孩子舒服，消除隔阂，以此为基础，进入主题。如上文这个孩子本身特别安静，乖巧懂事，在家里爱帮爷爷奶奶忙，就从优点入手，消除其害怕被责备的心理，前期的语言安慰铺垫在我认为是必要的且重要的。

接着，就开始技能了。可以通过提问的方式问孩子，觉得自己最近课堂上要学习什么技能才能让自己专注听讲呢？有时候我们会自以为是地认为孩子年龄小，一无所知，实则不然。孩子已有相对的辨识度发现好与不好，相信孩子。认识技能，命名技能，这个孩子在服装节上穿了一件蜘蛛侠的衣服，蜘蛛侠有特异功能吐丝，所以技能名字为“蜘蛛侠”，“蜘蛛侠”这个技能需要来自其座位周边同学的支持，老师还有家人，当问其功效时，孩子也会列举“上课专心听讲不说话就不会影响同桌学习了，老师布置的作业我就能听清楚了”等等，那如何才能让自己学会这个技能呢？如果说话了再怎么办？孩子会清晰地回答：“让周围同学伸出蜘蛛侠的招牌手势吐丝提醒自己蜘蛛丝会黏住嘴巴。”这项技能对于孩子说难不难，说易不易，有“诱惑”先导出，就是技能成功后的庆祝自然少不了，来自老师、同学、家人“你真了不起”诸如此类的正向表扬是要贯彻始终的。

在此书中，我印象深刻的是正向向他人夸孩子的进步，这要比单纯面对面孩子的夸赞高兴的多，这整个技能环节中，夸是永远的。我想学会这个技能并且教给孩子，以此为教来育人！
