1. From my point of view, the aim of education is to help us fulfill the self-realization. The value of a person in the society lies in the self-realization. In order to realize one’s value, we need to equip ourselves with knowledge and positive spirits. It is in the school that we learn the knowledge of the world, from specific subjects to the knowledge of life. What’s more, it is in the school that we gain the ability to keep positive attitudes towards life. We read Helen Keller’s words and understand that life is full of hope. As a result, education is the way we reach the success.

2. The first quality is responsibility. If one can be responsible to the things which he is dealing with, he can insist to the end. As a saying goes that persisting to the end is victory. No matter what the result is, we are the winner. The second quality is confidence. Since confidence can bring us the courage and a wider stage, we need learn to gain confidence from life. If you are a confident person, you can gain trust from other people and get nearer to success. The third one is kindness. Someone wins their success through bad tricks. However, real success is for those who are kind and win the success through their efforts.

3. In order to keep healthy, one should have a balanced diet and do regular exercise. There are a lot of girls who want to lose weight through eating nothing. Obviously, this is not a healthy way to lose weight. As time passes by, the health condition will be worse and worse. On the

other side, there are people who eat unhealthy food in their daily diet. They love eating fried food on the street or spicy food and so on. This is also not a good habit to keep healthy. All in all, a healthy person must care about both the everyday diet and enough exercise.
