文章应该怎样开头？
“First impression lasts forever”，开头段的好坏直接影响到文章最后的得分。下面是几种较常用的开头法：
①谚语式开头

②介绍不同观点式开头
Some people suggest that in China we should give priority to the development of private cars，but others argue that public transport should be put in the first place． ③介绍当前形势式开头 Nowadays protecting wild animals is becoming more and more important in the world．
④故事 一开始就讲一个你自己或他人生活中的一个故事，用生动而读者又熟悉的趣事把读者吸引住，渐而引向主题。日常生活中类似可以触发讨论的事许许多多，信手拈来，毫不费力，只要和主题有关。
⑤例证法或惊语法 通过用主题句对该段落的中心思想进行总的阐述，然后通过典型生动、油说服力的客观事实来支持主题句的观点，或者用一个令人感到惊奇甚至震惊的事实或观点开头以引起读者的好奇心。
⑥引语法 即用一个人们熟悉的名人名言，常用的习语、谚语、警句等作为文章的开头，以激起读者的兴趣。例如在写一篇关于学习知识重要性的文章时，你可以引用Bacon的话Knowledge is power；如写一篇有关发奋努力学习重要性的文章时，就可把Edison的话作为开头“Genius is two percent inspiration and ninety-eight percent perspiration”。
⑦比较对照法或对立法 比较对照法有两种：前一种通常将两种事务同时逐点比较会对照；后一种指先集中论述某一事物，而后再讨论另一事物，即从整体角度来探讨两种事物间的异性与共性。对立法指对照他人与作者的观点，文章开始先摆出一般人对所讨论的问题的看法，然后笔锋一转，在否定这样看法的同时，直接引出作者对这个问题的不同看法。
⑧问题法 用文章要展开讨论的或有争议性的问题来发问。如有篇文章第一句就是Should a scientist be responsible for his discoveries?这个有极大争议性的问题一下子把读者卷入作者的讨论之中。由于文章的结论就是所提问题的答案，所以这种开头法往往使文章变得逻辑性很强。
⑨定义法 即通过对文章要讨论的主题，特别是人们不大熟悉的主题进行释义来引出讨论。有时候主题有好几个意思，而文章要讨论其中某个意思，为了限定讨论的范围，也可以用定义法来开头。

⑩数据法 即引用一些调查统计的数据把问题呈现在读者的面前，然后加以分析。
⑩主题法 还可以在文章的第一句就直接点出主题或亮出作者对问题的看法。开门见山，直截了当，使这一句成为全文思想内容的凝聚点。
当然以上几种开头法并不是孤立的；一般都可以结合起来使用。尤其是对立法，往往可以和其他方法结合起来使用。
开头并不难，只要把自己对题目或要讨论的主题的最初看法和体会写出来就可以了。千万不要为考虑把开头写得再好一点，再漂亮一点，而迟迟不敢下笔，从而耽误了有限的时间。
