Therefore, our view is that relationship is more important than the practical ability for a successful career.In the enterprise, a top staff should know how to handle interpersonal relationships, and has harmonious relations with colleagues, if he have not good interpersonal relationships, I don’t think he will be able to improve his ability or achieve success.
