在国际货物买卖中,交易一方欲购买某种商品的时候,他会主动向另一方发出探寻,了解对方商品的情况或就买卖该商品提出有关交易条件,这种表示叫询盘,也称询价,通常情况下询盘是买卖双方交易的开始,它有时只说明要买卖商品的范围,目的是要对付进一步的介绍情况,有时还指定商品,甚至连包数、包装、交货期都明确提出,要求对方报价或递价。询价信一般由买方向卖方发出,信中表达的只是一种愿望,请将来可能的交易对象向自己发盘。因此,询价函里所列的内容多是探询和参考性质的,写信人没有必须购买的义务,其内容对双方也均没有约束力。必须清楚的是--询价环节是买方了解市场供求、寻找交易机会的有效手段,写一封有效的询价信或对对方的询价信妥当的回复,在开拓市场、寻找客户的贸易初级阶段其作用是不容忽视。有些采购商他会提供样品,提供规格要求等详细资料给你报价,这样的采购商你要好好把握,因为他们的订单率很高。 对于随口询问价钱的采购商,有时甚至规格,要求,材质等一切资料都没有,只是给你一个图片要你报价,你也要热情对待,虽然此采购商并非真的有订单,但并不代表<WBR&NBSP;&NBSP;>以后没有。你可以给他报个笼统的价格。因为他们要等着这个价格回复客人。如果客人有订单,以后采购商自然会提供详细资料要求你重新报价。
