为了确保20xx年普通高考顺利进行，给考生营造一个安全、卫生、舒适的生活环境，确保高考顺利进行，XXX区卫生监督所根据《中华人民共和国食品安全法》及上级领导部门的要求，结合我所实际，组织全所卫生监督人员进行考前、考中的食品安全监督检查,并且针对学生集体食堂、考点周围饮食摊点和餐厅进行了全面重点巡回监督检查。

一、领导重视，组织有序。

为了更好的服务高考，保障高考期间食品安全，XXX区卫生监督所成立了以所长为组长的XXX区卫生监督所20xx年高考食品安全保障领导小组，统筹部署，周密安排，落实驻点监督制和包片负责制。

二、制定方案，狠抓落实。

1、全面进行安全排查：20xx年x月x日—6月x日。认真排查各类食品安全隐患，督促指导相关餐饮服务单位严格执行各项食品安全管理制度，对检查出的餐饮安全薄弱环节和突出问题，要立即督促整改。

2、突出问题集中整治：20xx年x月x日。对高考期间遇到的特殊情况及整改不彻底、不合格的餐饮单位及时向兴庆区卫生监督所20xx年高考食品安全保障领导小组报告，统一进行集中整治。

3、预防风险巡回监督：20xx年x月x日—20xx年x月x日。

对有风险的餐饮单位进行重点巡回检查，预防可能出现的食品安全隐患，迅速、高效的上报出现的食品安全事故。

三、内部稽查，严格把关。

为了保证食品安保任务顺利完成，对每家餐饮机构必须按照《中华人民共和国食品安全法》逐项整改，对存在风险的凉菜、凉皮等食品严格把关，对条件不达标的经营户一律要求禁止制售相关食品。食品安全保障领导小组不定期的进行定点查岗，检查监督员工作进度，并要求每位监督员文明执法、严格执法，提高监督员的认识，加强监督员责任心。

四、重点整治，重拳打击。

为了切实保障高考期间食品安全，落实高考食品安保任务，我所对在检查中出现的整改不彻底、不合格的餐饮单位及时向XXX区卫生监督所20xx年高考食品安全保障领导小组报告，统一进行集中整治。对不予以配合高考食品安全保障工作的餐饮单位及个人一律从重处罚，严厉打击。

五、查找不足，不断进步。

由于本单位在人力、财力上的一些不足也暴露出了一些工作上的不足，如：对高考考生自身的食品安全知识宣传培训不足，食品安全宣传不够深入等。但此次安全保障任务的顺利完成，也包含着我所每位同志的汗水。我们将在以后的工作中完善不足，不断进步。 在此次高考食品安全保障工作期间，我所工作人员相互配合，尽职尽责，为高考考生筑起了一道食品安全的防线，考试期间未出
