the rules of this contest
在比赛开始之前，请允许我为大家介绍本次大赛的比赛规则：
This contest consists of two parts: Role play and English Speech. The first part is Role play, totally 40 points. It requires the participants to imitate the speech according to the video（The standard of Evaluation includes pronunciation, intonation,
performance and expression.）
本次比赛分为两个环节，第一环节为：英文对话模仿，占40分。参赛选手先观看自己即将模仿的视频，然后进行英文对话模仿。选手所饰演的情景剧中的人物角色，包括语音、语调、表演、神情等都纳入评分项目。
The second part is English Speech, totally 60 points. The participants should give an English speech for about three minutes according to the topic.
比赛第二环节为：英文演说，占60分。参赛选手将围绕指定的主题现场进行为时2-3分钟的演说。
Here I’d like to remind all the contestants: if your speech exceeds requirements for 10 seconds, you will lose half points. So please be aware of your time limit!
