? Man-made destory accidents: Vending machines are placed outside, with automatic selling, which is easily destoried by some evildoers. ? Rat race：There are many small stores around our campus, besides, HuiLin chain supermarket and TaiFa are neary. Homogeneous products, substitude goods and similar merchandise flood in the market, which causes the rat race. What’s wores, vicious competition and price competition might soon follow.
? Copy examples: Though our company has planed to open up the campus makrt and the tourist attractions maket, the mode of our business operation management is single, others can easily copy our example.
? Low and peak seasons: Visitors flow rate will drastically discrease, when the winter and summer vacation coming.
Interior
? Machine fault: As a machine, our vending machines have some inevitable machine fault,which will has some disorder operation.
? Short of funds: In the initial stage , funds will be distributed to buy vending machines, rent, advertise and stock etc. The funds we had now are limited, and if there is something wrong with the finace
analysis or unreasonable allocation of funds, we may encounter a
problem.
2. Countermeasures
? Placing vending machines in safety zone: Areas where there are monitoring aids fixed, such as corridor of teachinng buidling and
CCTV in Operation, will be given priority .
? Rational competition conduct：Our company will sell our goods according to the market requirement, optimize our services, price
reasonably. We devote ourselves to improving our campany image

? Exploiting markets: We will comprehend market quotation and market dynamics so that we can revamp sales strategy timely.
