厚积薄发的雄鹰

天道酬勤，厚德载物，有付出必然有所回报。成功不论年老年少，失败不分经验多少。一只刚会觅食的雏鹰，必定不能像展翅翱翔的雄鹰一样经验老成，但古人云：“青，取之于蓝而胜于蓝。”经过岁月的打磨，雏鹰必会抛开身上的稚气冲上云霄，去寻找另一片广阔的天空，这就像我们的段长孟凡朋同志一样。

他是我们线上最年轻的段长，来到我们线三月有余，在这三个月中，我们班的员工明显有了很大的变化。正所谓新官上任三把火，孟段刚一上任，就给我们开大会表明他的工作立场与做事风格，并且表情十分严肃。开始以为只是说说而已，没想到执行能力太强，抓住违反纪律的严惩不贷。在他的严抓下我们班组的纪律改善很多。生产上的变化更是显而易见，虽然前两个月我们班的产量仍然不太乐观，，但是总体效果较以前还是有所进步。我们不急于求成，而是在稳中求胜，要打败别人，先要战胜自己，只有一次一次刷新自己的记录，才能向成功不断迈进。每当线上出现生产事故，孟段都会做出详细的分析并提出可行性的意见。虽然在经验上不如其他几位段长经验丰富，但是我们孟段的潜力是显而易见的，孟段上任第三个月我们产量居于首位。这不是在炫耀，只是想证明孟段的领导能力、做事方法与团队队员的努力都是值得肯定的。

我相信，在我们孟段的指导下我们的明天会更加美好，在我们四线四位段长以及主任的英明领导下，我们的四线会更加辉煌。

第二篇：写作是一个厚积薄发的过程

写作是一个厚积薄发的过程，是一项将积累释放于一时的过程。积累越深厚，释放就越精彩；积累越科学，释放就越有效。

因此我们说思想、知识和生活的积累是写作的源泉和基础。

它需要写作者具有以下能力：

1、发现、收集素材的能力；

2、阅读分析消化能力；

3、整理归纳能力；

4、资料编排、档案管理能力；

这里所谓“能力”实际上就是掌握了某种技巧、方法并能灵活运用之。 因此，找到并掌握适合于自己的方法，是问题的关键。

首先要知道写作过程的四大部分：

1.聚材分析

2.创意运思

3.构篇撰写

4.编排腾清

每部分都有相应的不同方法和技巧。

其次要知道自己在写作过程的哪部分存在不足。这是最难的。“人贵有自知之明”说的就是这个道理。

第三要选择适合自己特点的写作方法。通常写作能力不足源于写作方法不对。

其实如果应试的话建议你多看多写多背，这样争取首先做到有话可说，其次再增强你写作的可读性；因为你要应试，建议你吸取以上经验的同时，最好配以特定的辅助训练，考试是万变不离其中，考试的作文题目可能会变，但你只要掌握了表达方法和一定的句子结构是不难写出一篇不错的作文的，有科学的方法也要配以一定量的有效练习，建议你来研版参加一些作文类的节目，最起码在这里你的习作有人批改，吸取经验就不会出现一错再错的“恶性循环”。
