期中考试反思

期中考试成绩已经揭晓，拿着成绩单，看着学生们参次不齐的成绩，我思考了很长时间，也想了很多。学生成绩考得不理想，原因很多。有的因为英语基础不好，有的因为考试前没有认真复习，等等。但我本人认为老师也应该静下心，来认真反思一下以前的教学方法是否适应大部分学生，或者教学态度是否端正、积极。针对我所教的班级情况，以后在教学过程中，我要坚持做到以下几点：

一、狠抓尖子生，树立榜样作用

尖子生是班上学习的主力军，在班上起着不可估量的带头作用。为此，我计划还要下大力气抓尖子生，多看“额外”的书，避免上课“吃不饱”的现象，同时，在班上大力表扬他们，既促进积极性，又为学生树立了学习的楷模。

二、重视中游学生，促进全面丰收

中游学生是全班学生的主力军，也对中考的成败起关键的作用。为此，绝不忽视每一个中游学生的发展，以启发、诱导式的教学方式，调动他们的积极性，不仅教会他们知识，更要提高他们的能力。

三、带动下游学生，减少落脚生

要面向全体学生，防止“片面追求高分”，绝不能冷落“差生”。对学生不歧视，又耐心，有信心，善于发现他们身上的闪光点，予以表扬，增强其自信心，鼓励他们在原有的基础上不断进步。平时走到他们跟前，多停停，多问问，调动其学习的热情，让他们感受到老师的关怀，从而自觉自愿的努力学习，而且，最起码也保证了课堂秩序。

四、树立信心，明确目标，采取灵活多变的教学方法

信心是动力，目标是方向。学生在学习中将会遇到许多困难，因此，信心十足，目标明确是成功地进行英语教学的一个重要因素。首先，教师要上好课。其次，教师要提高授课的效率，活跃课堂气氛，激发学习兴趣，采用灵活多变的教学方法。

制定一个切实可行、周密有效的计划。同时老师要给学生明确学习目标，制定相应措施来保证目标的实施，要加大督促检查的力度，并在此基础上进行总结。在教学过程中，应注意思想教育与知识教学互相渗透，寓 第 - 1 - 页 共 2 页

思想素质教育于知识教育之中，让学生认识到学英语的重要性，鼓励学生树立远大的理想，努力学好英语。

五、夯实基础，查漏补缺

英语基础对于英语学习至关重要，对英语基础不好的同学更应加强这一要求。找出不足，查补缺漏。查缺补漏主要体现在语音、词汇、日常交际用语上。要努力使基础知识转化为技能，要不断提高英语的日常交际能力。立足课本，夯实基础，初三英语学习主要是以深化基础知识为主。在第一阶段以课本为依据，每一课都要细致地学习，力求基础、全面。
