《走在孩子的后面》读后感
难得的假期,让我充分体会到它给我带来的好处:睡上可以自然醒的舒服觉、与家人相聚、和朋友畅谈、同时也让我有足够的时间细细品味读书所带来的快乐与收获。《走在孩子的后面》就是我读的其中一本。
这本书很对我的胃口,蔡兴蓉老师并不像某些书籍一样只讲大道理却忽视了现实的存在,全书都是蔡兴蓉老师根据自己与孩子、家长关于教育的真实事迹而写的。通过一篇篇看似在讲故事,却又反复回味的文章,我似乎读到了何为走在孩子的后面。
蔡老师无疑是一个优秀的老师,他的身上充满了魔力,他能自如地应对那一个个在我们看来有些问题的孩子。他的教育方法不是一味地说教,有时以故事明理,有时在棋艺中析出哲理,有时在谈话间消融矛盾??在佩服蔡老师多样的教育方法之余,更叹服于蔡老师的博学。上知天文,下知地理,仿佛这人世间没有他所不知的。
同时,蔡老师又是幸运的,遇上那么多明智的家长,他们的教育理念都走在时代的前锋,给我们现代的中国教育以重磅敲击。如《没有学生的课堂》中的妈妈,她讲到根据孩子的实际情况,不再逼孩子了,将来也不挤高考的独木桥了,免得人过不去,还让快乐呀自尊呀都掉到河里去了,让孩子到美国去找回童年。如《倒着成长的孩子》中的许教授和莫女士,从不强制儿子接受自己的建议和观点,更不加以自上而下的巍巍教训。如《老师,找的就是你》中的母亲,讲到教语文能不能不要考虑学生的分数。这是怎样一种境界??
“教育是慢的艺术”,只有走在孩子的后面,才能“慢”。走在孩子的后面,我们可以陪伴他们,但不需要强制他们走自己不想走的路,“选择”可以成为他们成长的乐趣;走在孩子的后面,才能更好地观察、督促和陪伴孩子,才能真正实现师生共同成长;走在孩子的后面,有一种爱叫做放手,放手让孩子独立成长。做孩子成长背后的支持动力,让他们前行的脚步更稳、更有力!
