ACT （Action Game）：动作类游戏。这类游戏提供玩者一个训练手眼协调及反应力的环境及功能，通常要求玩者所控制的主角（人或物）根据周遭情况变化做出一定的动作，如移动、跳跃、攻击、躲避、防守等，来达到游戏所要求的目标。此类游戏讲究逼真的形体动作、火爆的打斗效果、良好的操作手感及复杂的攻击组合等等。

AI （Artificial Intelligence）：人工智能。就是指计算机模仿真实世界的行为方式与人类思维与游戏的方式的运算能力。那是一整套极为复杂的运算系统与运算规则。

Alpha： Alpha测试。就是指在游戏制作者控制的环境下进行的游戏测试工作，所以一般来说a测试是在公司内部进行的。

AVG （Adventure Game）：冒险类游戏。这类游戏在一固定的剧情或故事下，提供玩者一个可解谜的环境及场景，玩者必须随着故事的安排进行解谜。游戏的目的是借游戏主角在故事中所冒险积累的经验来解开制作者所设定的谜题或疑点。通常这类游戏常被用来设计成侦探类型的解谜游戏。

Beta：Beta测试。就是指不在制作者控制的环境下进行的游戏测试工作，所以一般来说Beta测试则是交由选定的测试者单独来进行测试。

Boss：大头目，也称“老板”。在游戏中出现的较为巨大有力与难缠的敌方对手。一般这类敌人在整个游戏过程中只会出现一次，而常出现在关底，而不像小怪物在游戏中可以重复登场。

Bug：程序漏洞，俗称“臭虫”。指那些因游戏设计者与测试者的疏漏而剩留在游戏中的程序错误，严重的话将影响整个作品的质量。

Cheat：游戏秘技。游戏设计者暗藏在作品中的特殊技巧，使用后可带给玩者特殊的能力与效果。最先是程序者为快速测试作品而设计的内部秘技，现在几乎已是每个游戏均有秘技。

Clock Speed： 游戏执行速度。即游戏在计算机中被运行的速度，常以

Megahertz（MHz）计量。

Code：密码。1）同Cheat条；2）同Source Code条。

E3（Electronic Entertainment Expo）：美国E3大展。

当前世界上最为盛大的电脑游戏与电视游戏的商贸展示会，基本于每年五

月举行。

Easter Egg：复活节彩蛋。 程序中隐藏着的一段意外的内容，常为制作者设

计的搞笑内容，经常是关于制作者自己的介绍与调侃。

Electronic Game：电子游戏。即电脑游戏、电视游戏以及街机和手掌型游

戏机的总称。

Engine：游戏引擎。 即一套游戏的主程序。

Experience

Point：经验点数。常出现在角色扮演游戏中，以数值计量人物的成长，经

验点数达到一定数值后常常会升级，这时人物就会变得更强大。

FTG（Fighting Game）：格斗类游戏。从动作类游戏脱胎分化出来，就是

指两个角色一对一决斗的游戏形式。现在此类游戏又分化出2D格斗类游戏

与3D格斗类游戏。

First Person：第一人称视角。就是指屏幕上不直接出现主角，而是表现为

主角的视野范围。

Flight Sim：飞行模拟类游戏。是模拟类游戏下的一个门类，让玩家感受到

操纵飞机以及飞翔于蓝天上的乐趣。

FMV （Full-motion Video）：全动态影像。即游戏的片头、过场和片尾的动态画面。

Forward Scrolling：向前卷轴。即背景不断向玩者趋近的卷轴模式，常出现在第一人称射击或模拟类游戏。

Frame：帧，镜头。即显示画面的动态计量单位。

FPS（Frames Per Second）：每秒显示帧数。美国的标准NTSC的电视节目的每秒显示帧数为30。不少电脑游戏的显示帧数都超过了这个数字。

Free Guy：额外的命。在游戏中，你有可能会获得的额外的命，比如收集一定数量的某种宝物。

Game Over：游戏结束。这是游戏中最常见的话语，通常是表示游戏者失败，而不是通关爆机。

Gameplay：游戏可玩性。即游戏的玩法，是决定一个游戏有多好玩的重要因素。

Genre：游戏类型。即为不同游戏玩法的游戏作一归类，比如角色扮演类、冒险类、动作类、模拟类等。

GPU （Graphics Processing Unit）： 图形处理器。辅助CPU处理图形运算。 Graphics Accelerator：图形加速器。专门的提升显示速度和效果的硬件。 Graphic Adventure：图形冒险类游戏。是冒险类游戏下的一个门类， 相对与文字冒险类游戏。

GUI（Graphical User Interface）：图形用户界面。 即计算机与用户的交互界面。

(1)Our usual way of payment is by confirmed and irrevocable letter of credit available by draft at sight for the full amount of the contracted goods to be established in our favour through a bank acceptable to the sellers.

我们的一般付款方式是保兑的、不可撤销的、以我公司为受益人的、足额信用证，见票即付。信用证应通过为卖方认可的银行开出。

(2)For payment,we require 100% value,confirmed and irrevocable letter of credit with partial shipment and transhipment allowed clause,available by draft at

sight,payable against surrendering the full set of shipping documents to the negotiating bank here.

我们要求用100%金额的、保兑的、不可撤销的信用证，并规定允许转船和分批装运，凭汇票向议付行交单即期付款。

(3)The letter of credit should be established with its clauses in confirmation with the terms and conditions of the contract.

信用证所开条款，必须与合约条款相符。

(4)We usually accept payment by L/C at sight draft or by T/T in advance,but never by C.O.D.

通常我们接受即期信用证付款或电汇。我们从不接受货到付款的办法。

2.催开信用证(Pressing for L/C)

(1)As the goods against your order No.111 have been ready for shipment for quite some time,it is imperative that you take immediate action to have the covering credit established as soon as possible.

由于贵方定单第111号之货已备待运有相当长时间了，贵方必须立即行动尽快开出信用证。

(2)We repeatedly requested you by faxes to expedite the opening of the relative letter of credit so that we might effect shipment for the above mentioned order,but after the lapse of 3 months,we have not yet received the covering L/C.

我们已经多次传真要求贵方从速开来有关信用证，以使我们装运上述定单之货。但是三个月过去了，仍未收到有关信用证。

(3)We hope that you will take commercial reputation into account in all seriousness and open L/C at once,otherwise you will be responsible for all the losses arising therefrom.

希望贵方认真考虑商业信誉，立即开证，否则，由此产生的一切损失均由贵方负责。

(4)The shipment time for your order is approaching,but we have not yet received the covering L/C.Pls do your utmost to expedite the same to reach here before the end of this month so that shipment may be effected without dealy. 贵方定单的装船期已经临近，但我们尚未收入到有关信用证，请尽最大努力从速将信用证在本月底开到，以便及时装运。

3.修改信用证 (Amendment to L/C)

(1)Pls amend the foregoing L/C to read piece length in 30 yards instead of 40 yards. 请把上述信用证条款中匹长40码改为30码。

(2)We would draw your attention to the fact that the construction of our Art.No.3100S is 32X32 78X65 whereas your credit calls for 30X30 78X65.Therefor,you are requested to amend the credit according to the stipulationof the contract.

我们提请贵方注意，我方坯布的规格为32X32 78X65，而贵方信用证却规定30X30 78X65，故请按照合约规定修改信用证。

(3)Pls extend the shipment date and the validity of your L/C No.111 to the end of Jan. and Feb.15,2006 respectively,and see to it that the amendment adivce will reach us before the end of Dec.2005.

请将信用证111号的装运船和议付期分别展延至20xx年1月底及2月15日，并请注意把修改书于20xx年12月底前寄达我们这里。

(4)We have received your L/C No.111 covering the above -mentioned contract.But on checking up its clauses,we find that it calls for shipment to be effected not latter than Nov.10,2005,whereas the contract stipulates shipment Dec.2005.Pls extend the shipment date to the Dec.15th 2005 and validity to the 31st of Dec.

上述合约项下的信用证111号已收到。但是经过核对条款，发现该证规定装期不迟于20xx年11月，而合约规定装期为20xx年12月份，为此请把该证装期展延至20xx年12月15日，议付期展延至12月31日。

(5)We find that the amount of your L/C is insufficient,because the premiums for Dark and Special clours are not included therein.Therefore,please increase the amount of the L/C to $56,800.00.

(6)Please amend the L/C to read "Partial shipments and transhipment allowed". 请将信用证修改为允许分批装运和转船。

4.特殊情况下的付款方式(Special arrangement for payment)

(1)As requested in your fax of Dec.2,2005,shipment of 20000yds will be effected under guarantee in the absence of the L/C amendment.Please,therefore,honour the draft accordingly.

按照贵方20xx年12月2日来电，我们将在没有信用证修改书的情况下装运20000码，届时请予承付。

(2)As our records reveal that the proceeds of our shipment of Modelon Suiting in 20000yds are not yet received,please press your buyers to instruct their bank to effect payment immediately.

1. 通知 对方以开立 信用证 as you have confirmed theorder, we have arranged with the bank of china to open an l/c in your favor for the amount of us $150,000 in accordance with the trade terms stipulated.

2. 通知 对方已寄出 信用证

according to your request for opening l/c, we are pleased to inform you that we have airmailed today through the bank of china an irrevocable l/c for $200,000 in favor of the new york trading co., inc. on the following terms and conditions.

3. 通知对方已开立并寄出 信用证

we hasten to inform you that we have today been advised by the bank of china of the establishment of an l/c in your favor to the amount of $100,000 available on or before april 30, 2001.

we believe it will be in your hands within this week.

4. 通知对方外国银行开立信用证

by order and for your account we have made fax instructions to our los angeles branch to establish an l/c in favor of the pacific trading co., inc., los angeles to the amount of us$50,000.

5. 通知对方已收到信用证

thank you very much for your l/c covering your order no.100.

the goods you have ordered are being prepared for shipment.

as soon as the shipment has been executed, you will be advised by fax and our letter will follow with the shipping documents.

6. 通知信用证的开立与有效期限

we have instructed the bank of china to open an irrevocable letter of credit for us$35,000. this will be advised by the bankers' correspondents, beijing city commercial bank. they will accept your draft on them at 30 days after sight for the amount of your invoices.

the credit id valid until september 30.

7. 通知对方已开立信用证， 并支付 汇票

we have asked the bank of china here to open a credit for us$50,000 in your favor and this will remain in force until march 31, 2001.

the bank will honor your draft at sight for the amount of your invoice drawn under the l/c.

8. 督促对方开立信用证

in order to execute your order no.205, please urgently open an irrevocable l/c for the amount of us$100,000 in our favor, available until april 30.

as the shipping time is near, we ask you to instruct your bankers to open it so that we can receive it within this week.

9. 督促对方确认订单并开立信用证

we are pleased to confirm your fax order today and inform you that your order no. 100 is now ready for shipment per m/s pacific leaving jilong around june 10. therefore we are anxious to receive your advice of l/c against this order.

10. 要求提早开立信用证

we need a period of three months for production in order to execute this order and request your immediately arrangement for opening an l/c two months before the time of shipment.

11. 督促迟迟未寄发的信用证

the letter of credit covering your order no. 500 has not yet reached us in spite of our repeated requests.

we have been working on the manufacturers to execute your order at higher prices. therefore we request you open an l/c urgently so that we can make the shipment stipulated.

12. 收到信用证后， 立刻装运货物

the goods of your order are being manufactured in time for the shipping date requested.

you inform us that you will open an irrevocable l/c, valid until august 31 and we as k you to send it promptly.

immediately on arrival of the l/c we will pack and ship the goods urgently as requested.

13. 通知准备装运， 并督促尽早开立信用证

we are pleased to confirm your order for electric typewriters amounting to us$100,000.

as requested, we are preparing to make shipment by the end of october and would request you open an irrevocable l/c in our favor as soon as possible, valid until

november 20.

14. 要求修改信用证的付款条件

according to the l/c we received, the payment is to be made at 120 d/s. but we want it to be made at sight.

this has been agreed to by you and expressly mentioned in your order sheet. therefore please amend it as stated.

15. 因分批装运而必须修改信用证

we have just received your advice that you cannot carry out the complete shipment covering our order for sundries at one sailing.

therefore we have instructed our bankers to amend the l/c so that partial shipments may be allowed.

16. 因工厂罢工， 要求延长信用证期限

we are afraid the l/c may expire before shipment because of the strike in our factory.

therefore please explain our situation to your customers and try to get their consent to extend the l/c to august 31.

17. 要求修改信用证的计价方法

your order has been accepted on fob basis.

your l/c is described as c&f basis and some differences will be made between the invoice amount and the amount of you require.

therefore please amend the price of your l/c to fob basis.

18. 由于船位不足， 请求延长信用证的期限

in spite of our effort, we find it impossible to secure space for the shipment owing to the unusual shortage of shipping space.

please allow us to request that you extend your l/c to april 10.

19. 答应延长信用证的期限

as requested in your letter of april 10, we have instructed our bankers to extend the l/c no. 1025 up to and including october 31.

therefore you will receive the extension advice by this weekend
