关于在党的群众路线教育实践活动中征求

意见建议的安排

根据《关于在全镇深入开展党的群众路线教育实践活动的工作方案》(xxx【2014】11号)文件的要求,确保党的群众路线教育实践活动扎实有效开展,落实第一阶段“学习教育,听取意见”环节各项工作,计划从各方面广泛征求对村两委班子的意见建议,为第二、第三阶段各项工作打下基础,结合我村《党的群众路线教育实践活动的实施方案》和我村实际,将有关工作安排如下:

一、指导思想

以《关于在全镇深入开展党的群众路线教育实践活动的工作方案》和我村《党的群众路线教育实践活动的实施方案》为指导,坚持把听取意见贯穿教育实践活动始终,广开言路、开门纳谏,广泛听取党员、群众的意见建议,确保突出问题得到及时发现、有效整改,确保我校党的群众路线教育实践活动取得实效。

二、征求意见建议的对象和内容

以两委班子成员、党员为重点,广泛深入征求村班子和干部在贯彻落实中央“八项规定”,市委、区委和镇党委关于作风建设的规定的意见和建议;深入群众,着重听取群众所思、所盼、所想,以及对增强服务意识、优化服务环境方面的意

见和建议;重点帮助查找在形式主义、官僚主义、享乐主义和奢靡之风“四风”方面存在的突出问题。

三、征求意见的方向和形式

(一)深入基层调研

全村领导干部要深入党员,深入群众、企业,深入他们工作、生活的方方面面进行调查研究,征求党员、群众、企业负责人等各方面的意见建议,深入研究全村需要破解的重点和难点问题。

(二)利用各种形式征求意见建议

利用发放征求意见表、召开座谈会、电子邮件(xxxxxxxxx@qq.com)、手机短信等方式开展广泛、快捷、快速的意见建议征求活动。

(三)开通专线电话。设立本村党的群众路线教育实践活动意见建议专线电话,随时接听,收集意见建议。

四、意见建议的反馈

xxx村教育实践活动领导小组于4月中旬前将收集到的意见建议进行汇总,归类整理,并适时反馈相关人员。

五、工作要求

1、教育实践活动领导小组办公室要利用各种途径,主动创造条件,引导广大党员、群众积极建言献策,帮助村领导班子及成员深入查找突出问题。

2、要积极主动征求意见,加强各方面的沟通与联系,及时收集和反馈信息。

3、要严明工作纪律,对意见建议的提出人和收集到的意见建议内容等不得随意扩散。
