工程部10.1黄金周工作总结
我们又收获了一个丰硕的黄金周,在黄金周期间,我工程部全体人员在领导带领下,上下联动,齐心合力以及同兄弟部门的密切配合,以昂扬的斗志奋战在各自的岗位,确保度假村的运营,圆满完成此次接待及后勤保障工作。回顾这次接待,我们所做工作大致如下:
一、 着力于黄金周期间各部门运营正常的后勤保障工作。
我部从9月初开始实施10.1黄金周设备维护、维修计划,在节前完成了设备的定期维护保养计划和维修计划,如对中餐的热水器及油烟机的维修保养,客房空调及洗衣房各洗衣设备的维修保养,对发电机、高低压配电的维修保养,等等。重点设备重点维护,为设备的持续性、可靠性和安全性运行做好了相应准备。
二、精心部署,提前做好黄金周保障准备工作。
为了保障10.1期间的优质接待,我部将各项工作抢在前头,如:全面对客房吧房镜前灯进行了检修更换,客房走廊地毯的全面维修。酒吧壁画的安装及网络线路的调试使用,中餐烧烤及近水走廊照明灯的安装。中餐排污池的跟进清理,等等工作,将任务到班,责任到人。部门节前组织召开动员会议,传达对黄金周接待期间的总体布暑和要求。对接待期间的人员、班次做了相应的组合,加强设备的日常维护和点检次数,强调每班次巡检的关键部位。
三、发现异常及时处理,确保各项保障任务顺利完成
10.2日下午20时我景区冷水供水电机温升严重,导致电机保护不工作,我工程部发现异常马上组织人员进行机体背靠轮拆除更换抢修,经过2个多钟的紧急抢修,总算有惊无险,确保了景区冷热水的正常供给。
四、完成其他工作任务
完成领导安排的工作任务,跟进酒吧线路设备的安装。完成了各部门的应急、报修任务,9月30—10月6号共完成各部门维修单40单,对客紧急抢修15次,派修60人/次,供水抢修1项。
五、经验及不足
通过这次黄金周期间的工作,我们总结出的经验不足主要有以下几点:
1、工程员技术水平还有代提高。
2、工程员实操经验不足,处理突发事件能力欠缺。
3、我们将在工作中不定时进行实地实操培训,以提高工程员技术水平。
节前虽然作了大量准备工作,在服务过程中硬件服务质量不稳定(如我们的iptv电视机顶盒),工程员技术水平不高,还有待进一步提高,有时导致工作较为被动。此次黄金周接待是成功的,我工程部在5.1期间没有耽误各部门的营运,也没有造成大的投诉,在今后接待中,我工程部将投入十分努力,将工程保障工作做的更好。
