鹏福酒店年终总结 时间流逝,转眼新年已至,回顾过去的一年的工作历程,收获及感触颇多。本人有幸得到酒店的认可和信任,于12月x日接任保安部经理一职,我很珍惜和感激酒店给予的锻炼和学习的机会,在领导的大力支持和热心指导及各位同事的积极协助下,凭着认真负责的工作态度,圆满完成了酒店赋予的各项工作,较好的履行了自身职责,积累了工作经验,得到了酒店领导对本人工作能力的认可和道德操守的信任。在此感谢酒店领导对我的关怀和信任。过去的一年,我保安部紧紧围绕酒店20xx年的中心工作,认真做好酒店泊车、治安、消防的安全工作,加强对酒店员工的消防知识培训,积极配合好各部门工作,为酒店长期稳定发展,做出应有的贡献。总的看来,我们一年来的工作有许多好的方面,也有许多不足,为了能在今后工作中,扬长避短,特对今年工作、思想情况及明年工作计划汇报如下:

一、强化管理,不断进行技能学习和消防培训,力求优质服务。 在酒店服务行业人才竞争尤为激烈,只有充满优秀的人员,才能使酒店的经营蒸蒸日上。部门在留住优秀人员的同时,加强了对全体保安员的培训力度。平均每月利用业余时间的培训达到8小时。通过对员工的培训和再培训,强加了保安员的酒店意识、礼节礼貌、治安消防各方面的知识。进一步规范了岗位操作,针对在指挥车辆、开拉车门、帮宾客拿行李等服务上,各别人员存在的操作中不甚规范的问题,统一了标准。为客服务的思想明显得到加强,由于酒店行业工作的特殊性,客人的需求常常与我们的工作要求发生矛盾,有些客人不理解,常发生辱骂保安员,甚至做出一些过激的行为。我部保安员对于客人的辱骂尽量礼让,尽量让宾客得到一次愉快的消费。

二、努力做好酒店的泊车、治安和消防工作。加强消防知识培训、设施设备的修养。

消防工作是企业生存之本,在上级领导的指导下,我部门坚持“安全第一,预防为主”的方针,认真、扎实做好每项安全防范工作。我部门对酒店的重点部门和部门,每日进行巡视和检查。对容易引发事故的危险点,重点范围认真进行清除隐患。坚持对餐厅、厨房等处的安全检查,对发现的安全隐患,及时进行处理,不能处理的及时上报。一年来我们加强了对酒店消防设施、设备定期进行了检测、维护、保养。与消防中队保持密切联系,配合工作人员一道做好全体酒店工作人员灭火器使用培训,使全酒店人员会使用灭火器。保安员每月对灭火器、消防器材进行检查,缺少零部件的消防箱及时补齐,对重点部位的消防设施、设备进行维护、保养,存在故障进行维修,确实保证了消防器材正常使用,万无一失。 治安安全工作是酒店能够良性发展的必要和环境保障
