产品设计（一）
这门课程我学习了产品设计的基本方法，并且完成了两个方案的设计工作，一个是电饭煲设计，一个是坐具设计。但这些设计作业都比较概念，概念设计强调的是要有创造力、想象力并且大胆。现在再看这些作业，可以发现不少问题，例如材料、尺寸等，都不如毕业设计深入。但这些概念设计可以使我初步认知产品设计，主要从造型和理念去设计，并且学会了如何表达设计。
Product Design 1
I learned the basic methods of product design from this course, and completed of the design of two programs, one is a rice cooker and another is a sitting equipment. These design works were more conceptual, the design was asked to be creative, imaginative and ambitious. Looking at these works now, I can find a lot of problems, such as material, size, etc., the design profundity is not as good as the graduation design. These conceptual designs gave me an elementary cognition of product design, mainly from the shape and concept to design, and learned how to express the design.
产品设计（二）
这门课我们全班完成了一个集体作业，题目是北京公交车设计。我们按小组工作，我是外观结构组的，主要负责车头和车身的设计。首先我们先到公交车上进行实地测量，并且通过技术人员的知道，了解车身的基本结构和尺寸，然后根据尺寸要求进行外观的草图设计，最终通过和老师以及同学的讨论，确定了最终的方案。这个方案采用了大量的流线型造型，使得公交车看起来更动感、时尚。色彩及线条图案是根据京剧脸谱演变而来，因为公交车不仅是交通工具，更是一个城市的宣传员。通过公交车，人们可以认识并了解这个城市。北京是一个历史古都，我们希望更多人可以了解并且喜欢这些传统文化和历史。
Product Design 2
Our whole class completed a collective work entitled Beijing bus design in this course. We worked as a group, and I was in the group of structure appearance, which was mainly responsible for the front and body design. First of all, we conducted site surveys on buses, and got an understanding of the basic structure and size of the body from the technical staff. Then we finished the sketch design of the appearance according to the size requirements, after the final discussion with teachers as well as students, we determined the final solution. We have used a streamlined shape in this program, to make the bus looks more dynamic and fashionable. The color and line patterns evolved according to the Beijing Opera mask, because we considered bus is not only a mean of transport, but also a propagandist of the city. By bus, people can understand this city. Beijing is a city of long history, and we hope that more and more people can understand and like the traditional culture and history.
绿色设计
绿色设计的核心是“3R”，Reduce, Recycle, Reuse。也就是说设计不仅要减少物质和能源的消耗，减少有害物质的排放，而且要使产品及零部件能够方便的分类回收并且再生循环或重新利用。
举例：1、我们应减少过度包装
2、充分利用可再生能源，太阳能、风能等
Green Design
The core of the green design is "3R"which means Reduce, Recycle and Reuse. That is designed not
only to reduce the consumption of materials and energy, but also reduce the emissions of harmful substances, and to make products and components to facilitate the separation and recovery and regeneration cycle or re-use.
For example:
1. We should reduce excessive packaging
2. Make full use of renewable energy, solar, wind, etc.
环境心理学
这门课程是研究人的行为与人所处的物质环境之间的相互关系，并利用这方面的知识改善物质环境，提高人类的生活质量。是一门复杂学科。
物理环境包括：噪音、空气质量、温度、个人空间等
举例：人的视觉误差可以影响心理感知。我可以利用这些知识来使我的设计更完善合理。 Environmental psychology
This course is to study the relationship between the physical environment and human behavior, and to use this knowledge to improve the physical environment and the quality of human life. It is a complex subject.
The physical environment includes: noise, air quality, temperature, personal space
For example: The human visual error can affect the psychological perception. I can use this knowledge to make the design more perfect and reasonable
产品结构造型
这门课程我主要学习了两部分内容：一个是工程力学，另一个是机械零件基础。 工程力学包括两方面内容：理论力学和材料力学。
理论力学是研究物体受力引起的机械运动规律，主要了解了一些力的基本知识和公理。例：力的平行四边形公理。
材料力学是研究构件由于受力引起的变形和发生破坏的规律
例：一个受拉力的，若粗细两段是突变形成，会形成应力集中，容易发生断裂。若将直角改为圆弧过渡，就会消除应力集中现象。
通过这门课程的学习，让我了解一些材料和结构的基本知识，让我知道在产品设计时，不光有造型设计，同时也有材料和结构方面的设计。
零件基础部分学习了一些连接结构
分为可拆连接：螺纹连接、键连接等
不可拆连接：铆钉连接、焊接等。
Product Structure Selection
I mainly learned two parts of knowledge in this course: one is the Engineering Mechanics and another is Basis of Machinery Elements.
Engineering Mechanics includes two aspects: theoretical mechanics and mechanics of materials. Theoretical mechanics is the study of the mechanical law of motion caused by the force of the object, mainly to understand some basic knowledge of the force and axioms. Example: force parallelogram axiom.
Mechanics of Materials research the regular pattern of components appearing the deformation and damage due to the force.
Example: A tension, if the two sections of different thickness are mutant formations, it will trigger the stress concentration, which will cause deformation and damage easily. If changing the right
angle to arc transition, it will eliminate the phenomenon of stress concentration.
Learning through this course, I understand some basic knowledge of materials and structures, and let me know in the design of the product, we should not only focus on appearance design, but also the design of materials and structures.
We have learned some connection structure from Basis of Machinery Elements
Divided into detachable connection: threaded connection, key
and integral connection: rivet connection, welding, etc.
工业设计选题
这门课程我们进行的是一个企业真题的室内设计，题目是九江石化驻京办事处大楼室内设计，它是一个集合办公、酒店的综合大楼，是一个团体设计作业，我负责的是五层的豪华客房及豪华套间的室内设计。由于不是概念设计，所以更注重设计的实用性、可实施性、规范性等。根据设计要求，这栋大楼是一个具有传统江南式风格的大楼，我主要从空间组织、构造设计等几方面进行设计。由于是实际的方案设计，方案的表达是非常重要的，室内设计的图纸表达包括平面图（含地面铺装、设施、展示布置）、顶平面图（含装修、照明、风口）、室内立面图、技术设计图示。在工作的过程中，我学习如何规范制图，例如制图规范、一些标注符号（标高符号、图名线等）。以前做的室内设计着重于训练对于空间的布置和设计风格的定位，通过这门课程的学习，我知道了如何规范的把设计表达出来，并且考虑更多实际的问题，使得自己的设计更具有可实施性。
Industrial design topics
In this course, we conducted a practical interior design of the Beijing office of Jiujiang Petrochemical Building, which is a collection of office, hotel complex, and this design is a group work. I was responsible for the interior design of the five-story luxurious guest rooms and luxury suites. As it is not a conceptual design, we should pay more attention to the practicality of the design and implementation of normative. According to the design requirements, the building is a traditional Jiangnan style building, I mainly design from the aspects of the spatial organization and structure. Expression is very important because it is a practical design, the expression of interior design drawings include plan (including the paved ground, facilities, showing the arrangement), the top plan (including decoration, lighting, vent), interior elevations and technical design icon. In this course, I have learned how to regulate the drawing, for example, the mapping specification, some marked symbol (elevation symbol name line). In the previous interior designs, we focus on the layout and the space style positioning of the design, learning through this course, I understand how to regulate the design to express, and to consider more practical issues, making the design more implemented.
Visual Communication Design
Using visual symbol to transmit information is also called Graphic Design. I learned Graphic Design, Logo Design, Color Design, Layout Design and so froth.
For example: VI Design （visual identity）
VI Design includes basic part and application part.
Basic part includes company name, logo design, standard color, supporting graphics and so on. Application part includes office supplies, clothing, public supplies and so on.
Combined work：For this work, I designed it by using what I had learned, such as color, choosing
contrast color which was so strong that could attract people’s attention; logo design should be simple, abstract, beautiful, for example, this logo chose D and J which were translated into abstract graphic to make it have a face modeling to show this enterprise had strong personality and people oriented.
Color Design
Color Design means color matching. Three elements of color is the most basic attribute, hue, brightness, purity.
By studying this course, I knew how to choose suitable color, such as designing telephone for man; I should choose dark blue, gray and so on, because they were calmer, hale. If I designed products for young people, I should choose some bright colors which was like my graduation work, mainly designed for young women, so the color I chose was lemon green whose brightness and pureness were higher which could make products with more vigor and vitality.
Decoration Structure
According to classification of decoration parts, it was divided into outdoor decoration construction and interior decoration construction. We mainly studied interior decoration construction and knew some decoration material as well as basic method of working. Material：mortar、stone、cement and so on.
Method：plaster、coating、paper and so forth.
By learning this course, I considered more practical matters and analyzed if the plan could be implemented or not when I did interior design. For example, when did house interior design, the story height showed on blueprint was usually 2.9 meters, which could not be actual height, because I needed to consider ceiling height that was about 30mm and ground paving height that was about 5~10cm, so the actual height was about 2.5 meters.
Architecture Physical Environment
This was a course that researched physical phenomenon of sound, light, heat and law of motion to reinforced building function; create suitable living and working environment.
Acoustics：A discipline researched acoustic environment problems, mainly about noise control of interior acoustics and building environment.
For example, I learned sound absorption material and structure.
Sound absorption material：sponge，porous absorbing material and so on.
Sound absorption structure：Cavity resonance structure.（It pointed to cavity with intermediate closed and certain volume.）
Optics：A discipline that it researched how to rationally use natural light and artificial light to create good light environment so that meet requirement of people’s working, life and protecting vision.
For example, interior lighting was divided into general lighting, local lighting and mixed lighting. As for the lighting in market, it was general lighting, but for displaying items, it may turn into local lighting or mixed lighting, such as jewelry counter design which needed local lighting to prominently displayed texture and gloss of jewelry.
Heat Engineering：It mainly researched how to create suitable interior thermal environment to
meet requirement of all kinds of working and producing activities, for example, position of interior heating.
Construction Equipment System
It was such a discipline that created a safe, rational, comfortable living and producing environment. It included three aspects, water supply, drainage works, heating, ventilation, air conditioning engineering, power supply and distribution and electrical lighting engineering.
This course was an elective course. The reason why I chose it was that I hoped to learn some basic principle knowledge to make my design more practical and feasibility, especially for interior design, I would consider something about routes of line and pipeline, and the concrete content were decided after consulting manual and material.
