一、课题来源及研究的目的和意义
(一) 课题来源
语言学之父索绪尔将人类语言从宏观的角度划分为语言和言语两大部分。其中,语言是相对静止的稳固的社会交际工具,而言语是不同社会群体运用语言进行交际的过程和结果。语言具有社会属性,而言语则具有更多的个性色彩。时至今日,多元化已经深入人类文明的每一个领域,任何一种有受众的文化的产生与发展都是对多元化整体的养料,那么语言的多元化也不例外, 尤其是在以信息媒体为介质的网络时代,网络语言深深扎根于网络世界,并借助网络与现实越来越紧密的联系,影响我们的现实语言。特别是作为受众最多的英语,它的网络语言不但影响并受母语为英语的人群影响,也对ESL学习者产生了很大的冲击,英语网络语言的特征有哪些,它的功能,影响是什么,英文母语使用者和ESL英文学习者的语法差异又是什么?ESL学习者又该如何掌握并且利用这些网络语言,从而提高自己对本土化英语的快速认知。本着解决这些问题的目的,在导师的指导下,本人拟定了本研究题目。
研究目的
本文目的在于研究网络语言应用的概念,语言分析使用母语的个体在应用这些语言中的差异。主要侧重于英文为全球性在线语言背景下发展的两种网络语言的语法形式及相似和差异。对网络语言定义、性质、特点、词汇分类、语法特征、修辞手段等语法角度,以及谐音、缩略、飞白等习惯用法方面进行研究与定义。本文以模因论,、语体学、概念隐喻理论等为理论指导,比较英文母语使用者和中文网络用语使用者的网络语言,以便更加精确地把握和发掘两种网络语言的特征及规律 ,为今后正确使用两种网络语言提供理论基础。

1.1 Case Study
It is commonly acknowledged that the quality and safety of dairy product has played an important role in the consumers’ health and safety as well as the stable development of dairy industry. Consequently, it has become a necessary task for the dairy industry to strengthen the quality control and promote the level of dairy products’ quality and safety which is regarded as an urgent task for the overall development of dairy industry eventually.
However, nowadays the quality and safety problems of dairy product occur frequently and then restrict the overall development of dairy industry, so Mengniu is an example of the quality management in the paper in which a serious diary problem happened recently has lead the decreasing satisfaction of consumers on the dairy product’s quality.
The company, Inner Mongolia Mengniu Dairy (Group) Co., Ltd. (Mengniu Dairy Group) is founded in 1999, and the headquarter of the company is located in the core of China Dairy Capital Shengle Economic Zone in Helingeer county of Huhhot. As one of the leading enterprises on producing milk, yogurt and dairy in China, Mengniu Dairy Group is also one of the most valuable brands in the industry actually. The company has a total asset of 800 million Euro and has possessed 30,000 employees, and more importantly the production capacity of dairy products in the company will reach about 5million metric tons each year.
Furthermore, Mengniu Dairy Group has established over 20 production bases, including Helin base in 15 provinces of China. And the company has owned 5 major series of products which are liquid milk, yogurt, ice cream, dry milk and cheese, which involve about 200 categories. Depending on the superior quality of its products and services, the company not only develops its career in China but also devotes to export its products and provides its good services to many foreign countries, including America, Canada, Mongolia Republic, Hong Kong and Macao.
At present, Mengniu Dairy Group not only has to face the various competitors in the dairy market such as Yili and Guangming, but also it has burdened the pressure of improving the product quality and safety. More importantly, the company must solve the problem on quality and safety of dairy products. So the company aims to search for the radical factors which lead to inferior quality products, and then put forward effective strategies to improve the quality control process.
1.2 Problem Definition
On April 22, 2011, some students, who come from the primary school in Yulin, Shanxi province, had bad effects on their bodies after having the Mengniu milks. And what is worse, sixteen students had symptoms of nausea and vomiting. At the end of April in 2011, the Mongolian cow CEO Yaotongshan in Hong Kong media news conference admitted that Mengniu milk quality in Hong Kong is better than mainland goods, reigniting quality management crisis.
After the event happened in Yulin, the quality inspection administration in China issued an announcement said; a batch of products that come from Mengniu (meishan) were detected yellow aspergillus toxin M1 which had exceeded bid 140%. For the announcement, the related officials in Mengniu acclaimed that the company has devoted to inspecting the index for a long time while the QC inspectors in Meishan factory appeared the testing mistakes in the batch of the products, making the excessive yellow aspergillums toxin undetected. It is inferred that the company has a weakness in the process of quality control.
The problems have leaded to bad outcomes. So Mengniu Dairy Group had a sharp decrease in dairy sales and market share this year. And the company also had a bad performance in the stock market. The company must solve the problem on quality and safety of dairy products. So the company aims to search for the radical factors which lead to inferior quality products, and then put forward effective strategies to improve the quality control process.
According to the above discussion, it is apparent that there is a serious of problems for the company on the quality control such as the control of product line. Therefore, this paper is devoted to find the defects of the company quality control. And put forward to the effective reasonable suggestions. Only in this way, the company can improve its quality and achieve long-term development.
1.3 Goal of the Study
In order to throw light of the case studying in the paper, the main objective of the study is through the establishment of effective quality control methods so that the company has positive long-term outlook. The purpose of the study is to help the enterprise to deal with the present problems and propose effective questions for the future positive outlook. The specific research questions are as follows:
Investigate and analyze how the company currently run's its operation processes and organizational directives in relation to quality.
Investigate and analyze the defects and its causes in the company quality control systems.
Analyze and establish effective quality control methods and protocols and make recommendations on how and where to implement them.

It is necessary for the company to have a deep research on the product development initially, which is helpful to have an overall understanding of its operations and dairy products. The main diary products include liquid milk, yogurt, ice cream, dry milk and cheese. There are three aspects of the product development: production design, equipment replacement and technology development. The production design is based on a large number of dairy production experience, then updating the production. Only by defining the production design, the characteristics of the various products could be defined, and then determine the key points of its quality control. In addition, the equipment replacement should be in accordance to the company’s strength. But the old equipment not only impacts on the production efficiency, but also creates a large number of maintenance costs. By researching the equipment replacement and technology development, it will have a vital effect on the quality of the production. Therefore, it is the beginning point for the paper to research the product development which is regarded as the first part of the quality control.
Material purchase
In order to research the safety and channels of material purchase on the dairy products, it has a necessity for the company to check the material purchase in detail which is a crucial process for the quality control to study. In the view of Mengniu, material purchase is not only closely related to the quality and safety of dairy products, but also has an important impact on the future development of the company actually. Therefore, material purchase should be studied as one of the most important parts of quality control so as to ensure the safety of material resources.
This branch includes four aspects: the standard of selecting suppliers, the standard of the material, the detection of the material quality, cost analysis. The standard of selecting suppliers is the standard which the company demands on the suppliers. The standard includes the scale of the supplier, the economic strength of the supplier, the quality and services of the supplier, the reputation of the supplier and so on. It will be according to the national standard to select the material. The company will check on every material’s quality. In regard of the material purchase, the company should pay attention to the cost analysis and quality analysis. Because cost analysis will minimize the cost and the quality analysis will ensure the safety of products.

Form the perspective of Mengniu, product line is also regarded as one of the key areas to ensure the safety and quality of the quality management, which could reflect how the product are produced and tested to complete the whole product process. The key factors that affect the quality of dairy products could be obtained by studying the product line in details. Consequently, it is very necessary for the paper to have a deep study on the product line, which is as the key point of the quality control apparently.
The product line includes the control of the production process, the test of the production quality and the dairy standard.
