九年级英语复习经验总结稿
每位经历过初中毕业班的老师都有自己的故事与体验。我们都在总结反思，提升自我。应该说，今年中考英语成绩的取得，是我们全体张里中学外语老师几年来共同努力的结果。今天，我也荣幸把今年我校初三的一些做法与各位分享。
今年初三年级有5个教学班，共有3位英语老师，年轻老师占多数，每位老师都有自己的优点长处，人人又都有自己的想法观点。但是老师们都认同组里的事情永远是第一位的，大家团结协作，互相帮助，像一个大家庭。初三复习时，我们将三年的教材进行重新整合编排，因此有大量的工作要通过分工才能完成，分配工作时，大家抢着干，都能把自己的任务保质保量按时完成。一个人往往精力有限，也不可能把所有类型的题目都想到，俗话说：“众人拾柴火焰高”，只有老师们齐心协力，实行“资源共享”，才能让学生在中考中轻轻松松地取得理想的成绩。也正因为我们有这样的优势，才能使我校的词汇教学得已完成。
今年我校英语复习方法：
第一阶段 基础复习阶段：
进入初三，我们就做好了的计划，并根据教学的实际情况，及时做了调整。因为现在河南中考英语的命题不是以任何一本教材为依据，而是以《课程标准》和《考试说明》为依据；因此我们的做法是没有按传统方法进行串课本的复习，将课标要求的词汇整合梳理，印成小册子，并将相关知识充分发散，使学生从零散知识的学习自然过渡到知识的系统归纳上，这样使基础知识更加条理化、系统化，从而帮助学生形成一次知识的构建。我们在第一学期期末就完成了初三课本教学的任务之后，以课标要求的
1600个单词和200－300个习惯用语和固定搭配为线索，整合课本，夯实基础，按首字母分成13页。每位老师负责一页，充分挖掘考点，分散再集中再精选，大家分享成果。编辑整理了13页词汇相关的练习。练习以词汇题的突破为主。词汇教学是在我们学校老师的提议下，经过了4年的完善，初见成效。今年在总结单词的基础上，又将相关短语进行了总结，更充实了我们的校本教材。在进行13页词汇复习时，每页都要考查多次，层层把关，反复练习，做到人人有事做，天天抓落实，单词天天检查，页页过关，之后年级每两周进行百词赛，组内讲评，汇总年级全对及进步快的学生名单并由钱主任在周一年级会上作总结，并指导下一阶段的复习。这样做的目的是让原来词汇掌握不好的同学在最后这个机会面前把握好自己，认识到通过努力，完全可以跟上别人。老师们觉得英语的复习，词汇是关键，词汇量提高了，能看懂句子及文章的意思了，那么英语成绩的提高是水到渠成的事情。
这种方法更有针对性，更高效。大大减少了复习课本所做的大量事倍功半的低效劳动，并且为以后的复习节省了大量宝贵的时间。复习单词词组时将其试题化，这样可使学生印象更深刻，记忆更直接。
同时，我们并没有完全抛弃课本，而是按照课标将其重新整合，按话题归类，督促学生自查互查，老师抽查，为基础写作服务。同时处理好讲与练的关系，实践证明，要取得好的复习效果，必须处理好这一环节。学习英语最重要的目的是交际。它是一门实践性很强的学科，应着重培养学生的实践能力，而培养学生这种能力的主要途径也应是实践。我们的课堂教学，必须精讲多练，讲练结合。复习课应与平时的英语课型相一致。分析试卷并不意味着每题必讲，而应找准学生复习中的疑难点，启发点化。讲，要
讲在点子上；练，要练在关键处，不要一味采取“题海战”，老师应保持清醒的头脑，精选习题，系统整理，反复筛选，加强习题的典型性，达到举一反三的效果。
第二阶段 专题训练阶段：
以语法为主线的复习，将五级课标要求的语法知识项目逐一总结复习。主要分为：1、名词 2、代词 3、动词的分类 4、动词的时态 5、动词的语态 6、非谓语动词 7、形容词，副词 8、冠词、数词 9、介词、连词10、句子类型 11、宾语从句及直接引语和间接引语12、状语从句 13、定语从句
英语学习中，难点与要点之一是动词的时态与语态，理由很简单，中文无时态，因此难；还由于日常生活中大量使用而且灵活，因此每年中考中都是重要考点。在时态与语态的练习上多用些时间和精力。但是，我们的关注点不是难偏怪题，但也不是送分题，而是常见常用的、中等难度的题。这样才不会在最后复习阶段迷失方向，才能作到心中有数。
这一阶段的练习是以突破单项选择题为主。我们是将两阶段的复习结合进行，阶段性更强，更易于系统归纳知识。在初三的整个复习过程中，我们注意抓住中考中的比重很大的完形阅读；听力及写作。坚持每天都训练。同时坚持错题回放，并安排专人负责，给学生回头看的意识，让学生有收获，真正掌握复习内容，而不只是满足于老师讲完教案和教学任务。
第三阶段 冲刺阶段：重点是全面提升学生应考的能力。这一阶段的练习要使听力，阅读和写作全面提升。这时候我们老师要做的工作是：从以往的中考题中整理出一些信度好、难度适宜、区分度清晰的试题，让学生从知识到能力再到心态进行全面的模拟实战演习，这样不但能提升学生综
合运用英语语言知识的能力，而且让学生对中考的题型、答题程序、审题、规范书写等都有所了解并熟悉。
进入查漏补缺阶段，并精选整理了各地市中考模拟试题。落实到位复习过程中，要求每位同学必须掌握中考要求的知识。让每位同学对中考英语考查的内容都了然于胸，同时做到落实到位。
另外，现在的中考试题在设计上时代感很强，更联系学生的学习生活，选材更丰富、语境更多样。如果我们孤陋寡闻，仍旧设计出一些层次单一、内容陈旧的试题，那对中考复习只会有负作用。因此及时了解中考信息，了解中考的命题原则及考查范围同样使很重要的。
在这一阶段，有针对性地每天给学生们10分钟时间，做一些基础的词汇题，单选题，连词成句，找到中考的感觉。同时给学生自主复习的时间，目的是让学生通过自我知识的梳理来查漏补缺，适时弥补。
各位老师，细节决定成败，“授人以鱼，不如授人以渔”。教授知识很重要，但教授学习的策略和方法更重要。现在的教学，“教是为了不教”，是为了培养学生独立学习的能力。不重视策略，就算变换多少种教学方式，使用多少种教学教材，也达不到应有的效果。相信“天道酬勤”，让我们一起以勤勉的态度、务实的作风，为了中考的成功携起手来，互相学习，互通有无，共同提高吧！
