一． 飞机上： （国航的飞机空姐应该多数是中国人，所以这一节内容用到的可能性不太大，只是以防万一）
1．Excuse me, do you have Chinese Language Service? I don’t speak English. 请问你们有汉语服务吗？（三十六计走为上，千言万语汉优先）
2．Excuse me, would you please tell me where is my seat?
请问你能告诉我我的座位在哪吗？
3．This is my seat number.
这是我的座位号。（这时把登机牌给空姐或外国人看）
4．Excuse me, would you please help me putting my luggage into the closet? It is too heavy to me.
能请你帮我把行李放到架子上吗？它有点重。
5．Excuse me, may I change to that seat please? I feel sick to sit on my original seat.
请问我能换到那个座位上吗？（这时把想要的座位指给空姐看），原来的座位不舒服（比如说晕机恶心）

channels/ broadcasting channels？Would you please also show me the buttons for channel and volume control?

10． Excuse me, would you please tell me when is the next meal delivered? Would you please write it down?
您能告诉我下次吃饭的时间吗？您能写下来吗？（您可以先问一下吃饭时间，之后定上个闹铃，以免错过饭点儿。之后您便可以安心睡觉了。）
11． Would you please do me a favour, could you wake me up when the next meal is delivered, if it doesn’t make you too much trouble?
请问你能帮我一个忙吗？您能在乘务员下次送餐时叫醒我吗？(当您想睡觉又不知道下次吃饭时间时，可以给您的同座看。如果他不睡觉的话就差不多会同意)

12．Excuse me, would you please help me take my luggage down? It is a little heavy. 请问您能帮我拿行李下来吗？它有点重。
在飞机快要降落时，空姐会给您发降落卡（或出关报表，出境审查用的，与护照签证一起出示）。您得在这张卡片上填写一些东西。比如所您的护照号，出生年月，所带行李，外币，生化制品等。您可以找空姐或学生帮忙，但得告诉他们您的真实信息，不得隐瞒。
二． 机场：下飞机，搭机场巴士，出境问答，取行李，出关检验（查违禁品的）：
1．Excuse me, which bus should we take to the immigration?
请问我们要坐哪辆机场巴士？(刚下飞机时有很可能需要问周围的人，搭哪辆车去机场航站楼，但是只要跟着别人走就可以了，不必问)
2．Excuse me, I am from P.R.China, which queue should I wait in?
我来自中国，我要排在哪个队里？（出关时，首先要填出关报表，就是那张卡片，问您带了什么，比如外币，贵重商品；其次就是排队把护照、签证和出关报表给工作人员看，回答问题。这时欧盟人排在一队，非欧盟人排在另一队。这句话就是告诉别人您不是欧盟的人，问他您该排在哪一队。）

您好，CA937航班 (北京?伦敦) 的行李该在哪取？（行李领取处有好多个循环的传送带可以领行李，每个传送带上方都会有一个小电视：告诉您这个传送带传送的是哪趟航班的行李。您可以自己先按小电视上写的航班号找。若是找不着可以问人，他们一般情况下会带您去的。）

你好，我刚从CA 937 （北京?伦敦）下来，在行李领取处找不到我的行李。您能帮助我吗？（当行李找不到时，不论是行李丢了，还是您没找到行李，还是行李还没送出来，您都可以问机场穿制服的。）

9．Hello, I have nothing to declare, which channel should I go through?
你好，我没有要报关的东西，我该走哪条通道？(当您提取行李后，会走到一个有两个出口的地方，一个是红色的‘报关通道’，另一个是绿色的‘不需报关通道’，您可以走绿色的‘不需报关’。当您不确定走哪条时就拿这句话问人，路人和穿制服的都行)
