1、合同生效时间

一般来讲，依法成立的合同，自成立时生效；

如果双方没有约定生效的时间，一般认为是以合同签订之日起生效；

当事人采用合同书形式订立合同的，自双方当事人签字或者盖章时合同成立； 当事人采用信件、数据电文等形式订立合同的，可以在合同成立之前要求签订确认书；

签订确认书时合同成立，成立之日即为生效时间；

如果合同中未约定生效时间，但对合同的生效有附加条件的限制，则以该附加条件达成时为合同生效时间。

2、合同终止时间

如果没有约定合同的终止时间，那么判断合同是否终止的标准主要有以下几类： 一般意义上的合同终止时间通常为合同约定的合同义务履行完毕；

合同履行过程中，一方当事人有确实的证据证明另一方无法履行或无法完整履行合同义务的，或对方当事人明确表示不履行合同义务的，可随时解除合同； 合同履行过程中，因一方过失或故意造成合同无法履行的，另一方可解除合同并要求赔偿；

因不可抗力使合同无法履行的，可终止合同。

合同文本及份数

The contract is made per _________________ in two originals in English and Chinese. Each party keeps one original.
