1、Cargo quantity n specification:3000 mtons Cement in 2 tons bag MOLOO 5 pct.
2、Loading/discharging port: Longkou, China/Matadi,DRC
3、Lay can:15 June 2011—30 June 2011
4、Load/disc rate:5000/1500 PDPR SSHEXUU
5、Detention/demurrag:US$18,000 pdpr. If any, to be settled between Chtrs and ows within 5 days of presentation of all relevant documents bends, but always before discharging complete.
6、Frt rate :USD 75 PER FREIGHT TON FIOS
7、Laydays shall commence once notice of readiness
8、Charterers shall ensure that loading shall be done in accordance with Master’s instructions
9、Documentation fee:RMB 350.00 per B/L
10、frt Payment :Full freight payable to owrs nominated bank account, free of any bank charges levied by remitter’s bank and or/their correspondence bank to owners upon vsl confirmation from owners banks receipt of the full freight. Frt deemed earned upon completion of loading ,discount-less and nonrefundable whether ship and/or cargo lost or not lost.

13、Carriers reserved the right to perform measurement surveys of the cement for its conditions namely packing damage ,wet etc
14、Standard L/S/D if any, tbf charterers account and arrangement .
15、General average tb settled as per York-Antwerp Rules 1974
16、Shipside tally tbf ows acct, dockside tally tbf chtrs acct
17、Lighterage/lightening ,if any, tbf charterer’s account
18、Arbitration, if any, in Hong Kong and English law to apply
19、FERI(ETCN) and other document required by the D.R.Congo import rulings will be the sole responsibilities of the shipper /consignee to obtain same. If owners is being fined it will be for account of cargo or non availability of the document affected carrier’s operation at load/discharge port carrier will impose demurrage as per clause 5 herein.
20、Cargo delivery/receiving.At the load port or discharge port, if it’s mandatory due to port regulations for the cargo to be delivered or received directly under hook by trucks, rail wagons or lighter, charterer to ensure the cargo be delivered or received as fast as the ship is able to load or discharge respectively, otherwise demurrage/detention to apply .
Subsequent loss of charter due to the detention is on charterer’s account.

船吊起重力：3台，一台承载力40吨，两台承载力80吨，联合起吊承载力为144吨
1、货物及数量说明：水泥重3000吨,袋重2吨，船东可选择5%的增减量。
2、装/卸港：中国，龙口/刚果（金）马塔迪
3、受载期：2011-6-15——2011-6-30
4、装/卸货速率：每日装货量5000吨，卸货量1500吨，不足一天按比例计算，周六、周日及节假日除外（规定工作日不计入内）
5、滞期费：每天18000美金，不足一天按照比例计算。由承租人和出租人依据相关文件在五日内解决，滞期费须在卸货结束前结清.
6、运费：每吨75美元,船东不负责装卸费用和积载费用。.
7、装卸起算时间：从装卸准备就绪通知书下发时开始起算.
8、租家应保证装载与船长指示一致
9、文件费：每票提单350元人民币
10、运费支付：运费须支付到船东指定账户，免除由汇款人银行或其代理银行面向船只离港征收的一切手续费，不超过七个银行工作日。船东凭租家运费支付银行水单签放提单. 运费视作装船结束后即已赚取,无论船舶灭失与否,不得抵扣,不得返回。
11、装卸港均由船东指定代理。
12、因货物发生的码头费、税费、应付款项，均由承租方承担。
13、承运人保留水泥因受损、受潮等条件引发的测量调查的权力。
14、绑扎、加固、垫料费用由订舱人承担。
15、共同海损依据1974约克安特卫普规则解决。
16、理货费用计入船东账户，岸边费用计入租家账户。
17、如果在装卸港需要安排驳船，由承租人承担费用。
18、如需仲裁，在香港举行，适用英国法律。
19、FERI(ETCN)和其他刚果（金）进口章则所需的文件将对发货人/收货人承担唯一责任且具有同等效力。如果船东被罚款则货物将被代销，由承运人在装卸港所作行为而引起的文件不可用将征收滞留费（参见上述第5条）。
20、提货/收货.
在装/卸货港，如果港口规程强行要求货物在卡车吊钩下交付或接受，或是使用货车、驳船，则租方应确保货物分别在装、卸货的同时交付、接受，否则需支付滞期费。 因滞留而发生的损失应由租家承担。
21、其它未尽事宜根据金康合同19xx年版。
