Recently,two-child policy is very popular topic.Two-child policy was carried out by the Chinese Communist Party-eighth session of the Fifth Plenary on October 29,2015.Two-child policy,the development of a separate child policy,is that a couple can have two children policies. It stipulated that the legal rights of husband and wife on second births, limiting "single second child" policy or "double single second child" policy is no longer.
