反思教学中的不足
科教新城实验小学 陆梦骊
反思一下11月份的其中调研,其中有种种不足,如下便是其中调研的问题: 期中考试中大量暴露了这方面问题。学生没有掌握课堂上所学的基础知识。学生对一些定义、概念、计算法则等,模糊不清,导致全面失分较多。比如:600-480÷30,这题很多学生都是先算减法再算除法,学生对先乘除后加减的计算法则没有掌握。
做题不规范。如:递等式计算学生计算过程结束后再算式的后面又加上一个结果。再如:过A点画出已知直线的垂线,很多孩子作出垂线,很多孩子作出垂线后没有直角标记,作图不够规范。
基础知识不过关加上常规训练不到位导致每个题型的得分率不高,整体优秀率较低。
对这些问题,老教师给我提了很多意见:
1、加强钻研教材,改进教学行为。课前备课充分,课堂精讲精炼,对学生易错点及时梳理总结,提高课堂效率。
2、针对学生对一些概念、计算规则还不明确的现象,进行知识点的查漏补缺
3、加强计算练习,每天练一种类型的计算,人人过关,提高计算的得分率。
4、规范学生的答题,对格式、符号等做统一的要求。
结合了老教师的分析和我对学生的观察,我个人最大的体会便是“授课还是未能从学生出发”。首先,学生的学习起点未能真正充分地把握,很多学生对三年的内容还有没能掌握好的,比方说:加减法的运算还有不熟练的;其次,学生课堂上对学科内容开始有厌烦的情绪,所以在课堂上提高学生的兴奋感的措施有待改善。
