《apprentice》第一季观后感

看完飞黄腾达后,我有很多感触,Trump会从来参赛的选手选一个为他管理一家公司,而在这之前他们都算得上是职场精英,有一定的工作经历和历练了。不得不说Trump眼光极好,他很清楚自己需要的是什么—一个apprentice,也对各个选手的能力了如指掌,伴随着每一句you are fred ,就会有人被淘汰。尽管我们尚未涉入职场,节目中选手的表现也值得我们深思,在以后我们现实工作时,我们应该怎么做才能得到领导的赏识和认可,才能与自己的工作伙伴合作、相处,谋得自身的发展?带着这些思考,我说一下我的看法。

从《飞黄腾达》看人的素质,一个人应当具有哪些素质才能胜任自己的职位?总结如下,应分为这几种。

1、综合能力:这部分基本可以算是我们的资历,也就是带给人的第一印象。用传统的话来说这个算是敲门砖,如果你的资历很差,那么别人不可能选择你。如今面试是面试官最先关心的也是这两样,可见学历和经验在当今社会的重要性。

2、领导组织能力:来参赛的选手最终是要为Trump管理一家公司,所以领导组织能力对于他们是非常重要的,他要求他们表现自己的优秀和领导组织能力,而领导力的获得也是一个不断积累强化的过程。这也要求我们在平时的生活圈子里加强这方面的锻炼。

3、工作积极性:这作为领导会很看重你是否容易被驾驭,如果你不易被领导,那么你能力再好也会失去很多机会。现在社会中很多人都奉行这点,少做事少出错,其实你的表现别人都会看在眼里。作为队伍中的一员,是否能够挺身而出,为了获胜而尽力去付出,有一部分选手在这点都做的极差。这些人都是万里挑一才选出来的精英,在这么好的机会下一些人都表现出很差的能动性,就更不要提我们身边的人了,很多人在工作中都是被动的去做,而不是主动的去争取。

4、沟通能力:说到沟通,我觉得大多人都会觉得自己表达能力没问题,但实际情况却并非如此,很多工作都是因为双方的理解出现差异而给工作带来很多障碍。学徒中主要体现的是选手的谈判能力,如果能坚持自己的立场并了解到对方的意图,从而达到最终的目的。

5、为人:很多领导都很看重员工的为人处世之道,在学徒中的人事纷争比我们平时工作生活中要激烈的多,之前从未有交集的人去竞争一个优胜名额,在这种环境下既要做到强悍胜出,又要保证诚实与公正确实不易。选手的人品问题可能是通往成功的一大障碍,尽管你可以在比赛中用些不太好的手段击退你的对手,但它不光彩也难以为继。怀着坏想法总会被发现,慢慢地别人也会提防你。同时工作中也要留意不要上了别人的当,如kristian听信别人的话,中了圈套,做人还是要有主见,更有仔细分析别人的意图和想法,正是“害人之心不可有,防人之心不可无。”

6、分析能力:作为领导,其分析判断能力相当重要。因为要带领团队取得胜利,那么团队的大方面是一定不能错的。我觉得这点对项目能否成功起到了关键作用,正确的方向是迈向成功的第一步。在比赛中没有常胜将军,现实生活也是如此,有很多人被淘汰不是因为他们队伍的失败,而是因为在失败后仍然没有搞清楚为什么会输,任务中谁应该对失败负有责任。

当我们走人工作岗位时不妨想想自己是否具备这些素质,它也给我们工作带来很多启发:我们需要创意,需要好的策划以及战胜阻碍的执行力。一个好的起

点无疑会带来很多优势,好的执行也会让工作事半功倍。但是别忘了,两者结合起来更会带来令人惊喜的成绩。就像节目中可能一个组尽管开头很精彩,但是执行时却缺乏力度,最终一样无法取胜。所以统筹兼顾也极为重要,它不单纯的是一加一等于二,而是会给你更多的回报。

让我印象深刻的是有一集中一个选手说起她那时的感受提及到Trump Tower的生活让她觉得你过着这种生活它便是你的。这好比优秀是一种习惯,同时平庸也可以说是一种习惯。所以不要给自己找借口得过且过了,懒惰终会让你一事无成。早期几集采用男女分组竞赛的方式,也让我看到了性别差异是怎样影响我们工作的,身为女性,我看到当男人组协作团结时,女人们还在争执个不停。小团队又容易陷入妒忌和相互争执指责。女性应该尽量避开自身性别缺点,保持头脑清醒,不让鸡毛蒜皮的事破坏大局。

当the winner team去见Yankee球队的老板George Steinbrenner的时候,他说了这样一句话:“胜利的秘诀就是你想胜利。”尽管听成功的人谈成功没有太大意义,很多人失败了便没有可能被我们所知道,但看着别人的失败我们多少会有些收获,小心避开那些陷阱和弯路,我认为这才是它的现实意义。但是都未来还是要有信心要有进取心,敢想的事才可能成为现实。所以,等着我,我的胜利即将到来,只是还要必须不断完善自己的计划,不断提高自己的能力,那些只是目标的附属品。那么,从现在开始,努力奋斗吧!
