《哲学与人生》读后感
最近刚看完一本名为《哲学与人生》的书，这是一位台湾作者傅佩荣教授写的书，这本书被列为“高等学校哲学通识教学指导专家推荐用书”，这位教授在大学开设“哲学与人生”这门课程，17年以来座无虚席，本书集作者数十年授课之精华，开宗明义地讲述了哲学的有关知识，通俗易懂，无半点枯燥乏味之感。本人平时对哲学本身就比较喜好，借暑假的机会看了《哲学与人生》这本书，感觉真的不错，值得一看。
傅先生在自序中就说，“哲学脱离人生是空洞的，人生脱离哲学是盲目的。”因此，看此书与其说是学点哲学知识，不如说是通过它来审视自己的人生。在这里，我们得到的不仅是哲学的全部精华，更重要的是生命的本质。
在这里有必要先介绍一下哲学的定义：哲学的原意是“爱智”。哲学作为一门学问，原来只是一种生活态度。这种态度称为“爱智”，作者把“爱智”定义为“保持好奇的天性，探询一切事物的真相”的生活态度。把“智慧”概括为“完整”和“根本”两个特征，又将“爱智”的“爱”解释为温和而理性的“友爱”，而与狂热的“情爱”、浮泛的“博爱”相区别。作者同时指出“爱智”的原则，“拥有智慧不等于爱好智慧”。爱智代表的是一种追求的过程，而这个过程的特色就是一直保持心灵的开放。
既然“爱智”是一种追求过程，那么又是什么影响了我们去追求它呢？
最先要指出的就是人的身体。因为人体是物质的，有惰性同时也是软弱的。这种软弱会妨碍人类拥有智慧。比如，有时候我们希望自己能够早起，却怎么也爬不
起来，这时候会觉得身体实在是自己最大的敌人。身体如此沉重，就是因为它是物质，所以有惰性。又有时候我们很愿意帮助别人，这代表心灵上的美好，却可能因为需要花时间、花力气，所以懒得行动。由此可知，人的身体是软弱的。人应该减少身体的控制程度，亦即要让身体的惰性无法对个人产生影响力。如此，才能让心灵自由地追求智慧。
“很多人不快乐，就是因为找不到人生的意义。然而，人生的意义又是什么？一个人在念中学的时候，人生的意义是要考大学；念大学的时候，人生的意义则是要顺利毕业或继续深造。这样的意义一直往后推延，最后总是要碰到结束，而在这个关卡上，不能在以一个具体的东西作为意义了。这个意义是一个人在生命过程中无法达成的，因此不能向外探求，只能向内寻找，也就是一种对自己的要求，要求自己达成一种圆满。”
与别人相处的时候，如果发现别人的意见和我们不同，不但不要生气，反而要借这个机会反省。
所谓“最好总是要碰到结束”那就是死亡吧。一个人一生中会完成一件件有意义的事，难道当他死了后，他所做的一切就都没意义了么？生命究竟有没有意义？毫无疑问，当然有意义，生命的意义就是在追求圆满的过程！只有人才会有这样的提问，才会有这样的终极思考。这也是人与其它动物最大的差别。
“一个人如果刻意追求快乐，往往得不到快乐，就算得到也很容易失去。相凡的，当一个人化解自我的执着之后，就不再刻意追求快乐了，结果当他不去追
求快乐，快乐反而自己降临，换言之，真正的快乐是在无意之中来到的。快叻是一种由内而发的感受，不是向外探求所能获得的。

物质的提高和科学的迅速发展是否能证明社会的进步？即使在寝食无忧的生活里，人们是否就能快乐呢？有了一千万想两千万，有了两千万想五千万，人的欲望永无止境，追求不到时就永远在没有边界的痛苦里轮回。显然，人是否快乐和物质没有关系。
“当真正用理性思考经验之后，就能知道自己应该如何做，知道哪一种人生更为理想，也更适合自己。理想代表针对未来，哲学的思考就是要让人能够在过去、现在、未来三个时间向度中连贯起来，让自己的生命不再只是活在当下那片片断断，刹那生灭的过程中而已。”这段话也是我在本书中比较欣赏的一句话，我们要把握好自己的理想，为了理想付出实际行动，让自己的未来一片光明。
