The Helen Keller who rocked the world in a unique and brave way .she was a live 88 years, but survived 87 years without light and silent. Who was In a world of deaf people，life is so difficult for her but she also keep in optimistic , with amazing willpower facing difficulties and embraced the world with love, and finally found the light in the darkness, and the hands of the last mercy to the world, do built much charity, benefit for the disabled, The United States "time magazine" voted her as one of the 10 big hero of the 20 th century American idol. I could help myself introducing the childhood of Helen childhood to you .When she was young she had a bad illness, eyesight and hearing all were broken, she can't shout mommy, also can't tell the feeling of the heart. She was once in deep despair , but she never give up life. I think if it was someone might have been lost him or her, or depend on their parents for life, but Helen Keller was so different, she do be independent by herself, She persuade herself to circle beautiful sunshine in her dark word .that is to say she overcame her physical obstacle .when she was 8 years old, with the help of the teacher ,with constantly strong spirit of learning she can talk ,What’s more no one thought to and through the hard learning excellent grades are eligible for the Harvard University. Helen said: "My body is not freedom but my heart is free." She can put the others to see as their own light, the music of others’ hearing as their own music, The other people's smile as their own happiness. What’s more ,we must be pessimistic in everything. That is to say we defeated ourselves at the beginning. But under the impression of Helen Keller ,I have cling that where is a will, where there is a way. This book was written during the American Civil War. Scarlett ,a beautiful girl with "bristling black eyelashes ",use to charm man. When I first read it, I did not like her. In my view ,she was a paradoxical human. She was hopelessly selfish,vain,manipulative,deluded and foolish,but she is also extremely vivacious,loyal and strong character.She had a strong will .whatever she thought she will try her best way to do it.

In the book,she always think she loves Ashley.and she believe that Ashley also loves her.Although at the end he leaves her unkindly,she never give up this thought.

But when I read it secondly.I find that she is just a lonely girl. during the Civil war , she has to make enough money to live with her lover and valentine. She pursuits but also ignore the true love . she regards Ashley as her true love but ignore Barrett who is always being with her.

What a pity! If Scarlett can understand who is her lover and can give her happy life, she will not live so hard. Luckly , she has a strong will.

Barrett is one of the persons that I like most. He was born in a wealth family, And has a good education. He did many things for Scarlett. He protected her, loved her,looked after her. He is waiting for Scarlett patiently. But Scarlett refused. As a smart ,charming,grave man. He could have had a better lover . He is not leave until his daughter's death.

After read this book, I learned that we should enthusiastic with our

life. Such as Scarlett. When I happen to something bad , I will tell myself "Tomorrow is another day" !
