My recipe for happiness

There is something in the world. It has no shape, no color and no weight. It can’t be seen or touched. But everyone wants it very much. People try to get it in many ways. Some people think money means it, so they try to make more money; some people believe that knowledge can bring it to them, so they study very hard; some other people find only good health can make themselves get it, so they take part in all kinds of sports. Yeah, that is HAPPINESS.

Everyone has his or her own recipe for happiness and so do I. In my opinion, if I have love in my heart, I’ll have happiness in my life. Love consists of two parts, one is to love others, and the other is to be loved by others. Lei Feng set a good example for all of us. He served the people wholeheartedly until the last minute of his life. He regarded serving the people as the happiest thing. In addition, being loved by others can also lead me to happiness. Courage from my parents when frustrated, care from my teacher when ill, help from my friends when in trouble… all of these will make me the happiest person in the world.

The last but not least is to act happily. Putting on a happy face and thinking interesting things are helpful to trigger happy feelings.

Hello everyone,my name is XX,I am so glad to stand here to talk about happiness. What is happiness? I often think about this question. Happiness means different things to different people. For example, some people believe that if they have lots of money, they will be able to do anything they want, which means happiness.However, some people believe that holding a high position in the government is happiness. In this way, they have not only money, but also many other things which can't be bought by money.

For me ,happiness is closely tied to love .I think love makes great difference to happiness. For one thing ,being loved by others can lead me to happiness. Courage from my teachers when frustrated, care from my parents when ill, help from my friends when in trouble… all of these make me the happiest person .For another , giving love to others also make me happy.Just think of Lei Feng ,who set a good example for all of us. He served the people wholeheartedly until the last minute of his life. He regarded serving the people as the happiest thing. This inspirational story tells us that if we have love in our heart, we will have happiness in our life.I believe it is the recipe for happiness.
