我的演讲稿Chinese Dream--- My Dream
Good afternoon, Ladies and Gentlemen! Thank you for your attention. My name is Zhang Ruoxi, from Class 7 Grade 6. I’m pretty happy to make a speech here. My topic today is Chinese dream---my dream.
50 years ago, a famous American pastor, Martin Luther King, delivered the well- known speech, I have a dream. He described the American dream as the pursuit of fairness, freedom and justice. And he dreamed “We will not resort to violence. We will not degrade ourselves with hatred. Love will not be returned with hate." He devoted himself to realizing this dream and was killed five years later when he was 39.
50 years later China’s new leader, Chairman Xi Jinping , brought us a Chinese Dream--- that is to realize the great revival of the Chinese nation, to build a prosperous democratic and socialist country, to achieve common prosperity. This dream is deeply rooted in the heart of every Chinese people heart and is filled up with profound love.
I think the significance of dreams can never be over-estimated because it is associated with everyone here. Everyone has his own ideal and pursuit as well as his own dream. Dream is a beacon of my life; dream is a better vision and dream is the ideal wings. When one has a dream, one has a future. When we put our dreams together, we dream a brilliant Chinese dream!
I am a pupil of 12 years old, and I also have a dream. My dream is to become a teacher. As you know, teacher is said to be a holy and glorious career. Some people compare teacher to a gardener who waters the flowers sweatly; others regard teachers as candles, that lit up for others
while burning themselves. Anyway, I will try my best to realize this dream and I do believe only after efforts can we achieve our dreams.
The American dream accomplished the United States today. When we realize dream, we’ll build a prosperous country!
Dear teachers, dear friends, dreams make our life colorful. I do hope you can realize your dreams someday. And I do wish Chinese Dream come true in the near future!

An Everlasting Dream
What is a dream? A dream is expectations for the future. It is the words of truth from the innermost recesses of one’s heart. We all have one everlasting dream, that is, China Dream. To my understanding, China Dream is a living state. Chinese people can lead a life filled with dignity with freedom and a life of enlightened passion
Tonight you come to my dream with the glorious story of an ancient land. I am listening, listening to the contention of a hundred schools of thought from the Warring States, listening to the lonely camel rings from the Silk Road, and listening to the crying of the Japanese pirates from Ming Dynasty. I listen and think. This is the resounding voice of China, the lingering echoes of great Chinese people for over five thousand years.
Tonight you come to my dream with the sobbing of a broken heart. I am looking, looking at the invaders trample on our holy ground, looking at our people struggling and suffering in the abyss of pain, looking at the revolutionaries fighting and exploring in the dark to find a new path. I look and think. This is the humiliation of China, the never forgetting pain of Chinese people. We sink the pain in the deepest place of our heart and breed the unyielding faith through bitterness and toughness.
Tonight you come to my dream with the face of happiness. I see the people have become the master of their own. I see the economic strength has increased substantially. I see the flower of the culture bloom again. And I hear the sound of our army piercing through the sky.
We had bathed in the glory of our ancestors. We had to bear the pain and humiliation of the invaders. Now we have stepped on the road of Chinese great rejuvenation. Tomorrow we will realize the dream of a wealthy country and strong people.
China Dream has always been a part of our nation. It is born in the blood and bone of our people. We draw enlightenment from the past, and seek inspiration from the future. China Dream is not a slogan. It appears every minute and every place in our life. We will follow the course our fathers set yesterday, carry the expectation of our people and try our best to fulfill the dream we’ve always been longing for.
