1、situation one
Client: You are a walk-in guest
You want a single room for tonight
You want to go to another hotel
Receptionist: All the hotel rooms are booked up
You help the guest get in touch with the nearby
hotel.
The hotel will pay the taxi fare
2、The room attendant comes to the room. He/She identifies him /her and finds out if the client would like to have the room cleaned.
The client does’t want the room cleaned because he does’t feel well. He just wants some fresh towels and tells the room attendant to leave them at the door.
The room attendant promises to bring them right away.
3、Guest: You come to discuss the menu for a banquet. You check the two set menus.
You prefer the cold dishes of Menu A
You want to have main dishes on Menu B, but you make some changes.
You check the new menu and feel satisfied.
