It has more than 600 workers, including more than 100 experts (6 doctor, 18 master), more than 60 skill engineers. One of the main products is Common Rail Systems reaching Euro Ⅲ and above emission standard for light, middle
and heavy duty vehicles, the other is key components of fuel injection system including P- type Injectors, P-type Nozzles, Plungers, Delivery Valves. National Development and Reform Commission, related department in city and province gave a high assessment and focus on the project of Common Rail System. 辽宁新风企业集团有限公司与德国利勃海尔旗下的CRT共轨技术公司合作开发生产了具有世界一流水平，适合中国柴油机电控高压共轨系统。经过一年时间，建立了立足国内、面向世界的目前国内一流的电控高压共轨产品研发生产基地（设在辽阳），组建了高压共轨产品研发团队（设在大连）。该产品拥有自主知识产权，达到欧III、欧IV排放标准要求，能适应国产柴油机的共轨技术。高压共轨产品打破国外一直以来对共轨技术的垄
断，填补了国内空白。产品的投产，给国家带来了可观的经济和社会效益。目前，企业在该技术项目中投资11.8亿多元，建设年产40万套高压共轨生产基地，已完成朝柴CY4100ZLQ、CY4102ZLQ柴油机共轨系统的开发。通过了德国国际TUV检测中心的检测。报告显示，完全达到欧III标准。目前高压共轨产品正在为全国多家柴油机厂进行产品试制及小批量生产。 Liaoning Newwind Enterprise Group Co.,Ltd corperated with Liebherr Group CRT Common Rail Technology GMBH to develop the Electronical Controlling High Pressure Common Rail System which lead the leading top amoug world and adapt to Chinese diesel engine. Liaoning Newwind Enterprise Group Co.,Ltd has established the top manufacture base of researching and development about Electronical Controlling High Pressure Common Rail System in Liaoyang which foothold on domestic area, global concentration and also organize the High Pressure Common Rail System researching and development team in Dalian. Independent intellectual property right about this product, reaching the requirement of Euro Ⅲ and Euro Ⅳ or above emission standard and adapt to the Common Rail Technology of domestic Diesel Engine. The Common Rail System Product broke down the foreign countries monopoly in Common Rail System Technology all of these years and fill in gaps in domestic market. To put into production can bring
considerable benefit on economy and society. Currently, the company has invested more than 1.18 billion yuan in this technology project and built the Common Rail System Manufacture Base which can manufacture 400,000 sets per year. The researching and development of Common Rail System about CY4100ZLQ type、CY4102ZLQ type Diesel Engine of Chao Diesel. It has passed the inspection in TUV international inspection center, Germany. According to the report, it reached the Euro Ⅲ emission standard completely. Now, the company manufacture and test a small mount of Common Rail System for many domestic diesel engine company.
