This book is divided into eight parts, including ON RELATIONSHIPS, ON FRIENDSHIP and ON FAILY. As mentioned above, each part contains several little stories, which provide me with profound and lasting influence. It acts as a best friend, there for me when I need it. It is always ready to tell me a story that will indeed make me feel better. W hen I am lonely, it keeps me company, and when I am thinking of my future, it will tell me, “Yes, you can do it, whatever you set your mind do.” There are stories in here about dreams realized and loves lost, about overcoming shyness snd surviving a suicide. There are stories of triumph and stories so sad that I will definitely cry. And each one speaks to me, not at me.

To start with, I learn how to deal with love. When you like someone, don’t feel so shy that you are afraid of expressing your feelings. If both of you don’t step out, you will never have a chance to get together. And after your love affair braking down, you should realize that loving yourself can heal anthing.

Secondly, I am aware of the importance of friendship. Friends are the ones who keep you company and leave nice memories in your mind. And you can recover quicker from hurt with the help of friends. I also learn that being good at listening can promote your friendship.

The last but most important, I feel the warmth of family. However our parents treat us, their aims converge to one point: they love their children and want their children have a brilliant future. So we should not hate our falilies whether we are accustomed with their ways of educating us.

励和慰藉；在我面临成功时，它又会让我对未来充满希望。它将成为我一生中永远的良师益友。

我很喜欢喝鸡汤，因为它很浓，很香，很有营养。最近听说有一本叫《心灵鸡汤》，我带着好奇心把它买回了家。看着看着，我喜欢上了它。

这本书分为21个章节，共有211个意味浓厚的故事。比如说书中讲到一个女孩得了肿瘤，动手术后三个月就康复了。可是掉了她最美的金黄的头发。于是她妈妈为她买了顶可爱的帽子，第二天，就上学去了，但到了班级门口时，他迟迟没有进去，但当她一眼望去时。啊！全班同学都戴着帽子。原来班主任老师在她上学前一天，得知了这个消息后，便对班里的同学说:“从明天开始我们要学习关于帽子的知识，所以请大家戴上自己最喜欢的来。”

读到这里我的心深深的被打动了，这是一定怎么样的帽子呢?小姑娘的帽子里装满了妈妈的爱，而同学们的帽子里盛满了无尽的友情和爱的鼓励。爱是奇迹，我相信小姑娘会因为，爱而勇敢的成长下去。

生活中我们应该向需要帮助的人伸出援助之手，要用平静的心态去对待。在有时候，可能因为你的一个动作拉开了她的心灵创伤。也可能应为你的一个动作为他熬伤。
