1. Chloride content in water for pressure test should not exceed25ppm. And assured to use De-mineralised water.

2. At the hydrostatic pressure test, the pressure shall be hold for2 hours. During the test, the pressure shall be de-creased inminimum one time below the allowable working pressure andincreased again to the test pressure. In each case the inspector orthe OP representative may deside.
