2. Our company has 160 Hrs training per year for every employee as employee benefit. Everyone’s total training hours will become an important part of his or her profile for evaluation at the end of the year. 公司为每位员工确定了每年160小时的培训供员工受益. 各人总的培训时间会是其年终考评的一个重要成分.

2) What do you need to get training to become a qualified person to realize your career plan? The content is your training plans. Maybe you need to be a good member within your current position firstly to support your department; then you must be a good leader to manage your department & even the other departments.

7. According to your career planning, if you want to upgrade and you are able for that position, company
