Career Life Planning

It is common knowledge that career is of vital significance in our life.And career life planning lends itself to make wise and accurate decisions on jobs or occupations and makes our future clear and

bright.Since career life planning is crucial in our whole life,we have to do abundant work and spare no efforts to achieve our goals.In reality,we are supposed to make career plans step by step.In the following paragraphs,I am going to share my life career planning with you.

1.Assessments

We can utilize many strategies,phycological tests,others’ judgments about us or lots of personalities quizzes to have a better knowledge of what we are and what our personalities are.As for me,I have already knew my strengths and weaknesses clearly.I am a person who is calm,cautious responsible,diligent,thoughtful,single-mined,logical,serious faithful and trustworthy.However,I am also stubborn,kind of inflexible, timid,being too shy to speak in front of others,lack of experience and not good at expressing my ideas and views instantly.I take great interest in literature,economics, history,business administration,languages and marketing and accounting.I have taken the MBTI before and I am a type of intuition,sensing,thinking and judging.And I personally think the test is quite useful which provides me some references about job selection.I major in business administration,and by now I have already learned

accounting,human resource,marketing,laws of economics,management, microeconomics, macroeconomics,management as well as organizational behavioral.As a sophomore,I just have got general idea about these subjects and all I know is confined to theoretical knowledge.But when I am a junior next year,I will have chance to learn my major systematically and probably search for a company for practice.My hobbies is listening to music,traveling, reading a variety of books and writing essays.I do not possess too many skills,if I have to is that I have a good memory so I can remember things clearly and learn things quickly.Also I am capable of dealing with script.

2.Research

Nowadays,global economy is not so prosperous and many developed countries face the problems of high unemployments,although our economy still rises with approximately a rate of 7.5 percent,which is slower than years before.In summer,many graduates failed to find

jobs,which made many people concerned.The economical environment is not so optimistic.Luckily,the government also provides some help for graduates and encourages students to start their own business.In a

word,we can’t lose heart and should have a strong belief that we will find good jobs fit for us.

3.Decision Making

Through the analysis of strengths and weaknesses,my interests and

personalities,hobbies,major together with current environment,I make a decision that I will find a job in a foreign company as an

accountant.Because I quite like challenging jobs and I want to inspire my potentials.

4.Goal Setting

I want to be an accountant in a foreign company in big cities such as Guangzhou.I plan to realize my dream in five years.I show great interest in accounting and am good at dealing with numbers.I gain lots of support from my family members.

5.Action Planning

To achieve my goal,I have to do my utmost to become successful.I have already learned the basic knowledge of accounting.As a

sophomore,I am going to learn further by myself.From now on,I will teach myself accounting by borrowing books from libraries and be

concerned about relevant information in this field.Besides,I will pass the CET6 in December.The next term of my second year in university, I plan to learn laws of tax.And I am gonna to take exams about accounting to receive certificate. During my second year in university,I decide to study more advanced accounting.What’s more,I would like to acquire a kind of language in one year. I am able to have a better knowledge of computer.In my last year staying in university,I am ambitious to learn English

accounting maybe in extracurricular classes.And it is necessary for me to

take BEC tests as well as interpreter tests.The most important,I should get admission for practice from some companies which make me gain some experience.All in all,when I am in university,I am supposed to master English well and other languages,I should be very diligent to accomplish my goals that I set for myself.Although my major is not accounting,I still should make great efforts on my major and go to great length to learn accounting by myself.It is not easy for me to do everything perfectly,but all I can do is never give up and being persistent,patient and sober.Always keeping on learning leads to a bright future.Cease to struggle and you cease to live.I hope I can realize my dream one day through my hard work.
