审题，就是通过对成考考题的审视、分析，确定写作的方式、范围和文体，把握写作中心和立意方向。审题应注意以下三个问题：

一、要全方位审题，明确题目、材料及其要求中的限制部分和未限制部分

限制部分必须严格遵守，未限制部分要认真分析判断。例如，19xx年成人高考作文：用下面一段话作开头，写一篇四五百字的短文。题目自拟。在漫长的生活跑道上，并没有人向我们发出那激动人心的起跑枪声，但在我们的四周，却处处是无声的“起跑”信号。此题的写作方式是续写。所给开头一段话采用比喻手法，形象地点明了在改革开放时期社会生活中竞争的特点。所谓“信号”，是挑战也是机遇。这段开头语言富有激情，感情色彩浓，续写部分也应保持这种风格。写作范围是社会生活道路。文体未限，可根据自己的写作优势来选择记叙文或议论文。立意方向是，通过对“信号”的反应和感受，表现时代精神。

二、审题要过细，构思要充分利用所给的条件

例如，19xx年成人高考作文：人的爱好是多种多样的。每种爱好都有其产生的过程、具体的表现以及个人的收益与感受。请以《我的业余爱好》为题，写一篇叙议结合的文章。要求：1、只写你的一种业余爱好。2、字数不少于700字。此题并不难审，但有的考生太粗心，只看了开头“人的爱好是多种多样的”，却没注意下边的要求“只写你的一种业余爱好”，于是大笔一挥，写了自己的集邮、钓鱼、游泳等多种业余爱好。另外，仔细审视，题目的叙述，实际上已经暗示了此文的框架，即业余爱好的产生过程、具体表现、个人的收益与感受。

三、审题要为立意作好准备

立意所在往往就是命题作文的题目重心。例如19xx年成人高考作文《一次实践的启示》中的“启示”，19xx年作文《发生在我身边的变化》中的“变化”都是立意之处。19xx年作文《读书与文明》属于关系型议论文，立论当在两个概念之间的关系上。此题题意宽泛，应以大化小，化一般为个别。立意之处可以是读书能教人以美德，把人引向坦途，造福于社会;也可以从读书对文明影响方面立论，如语言修养、行为礼仪、陶冶情操等。

总之，审题的目的是把写作规范于一定的条件和要求之中。考生应强化审题意识，把握审题方法，养成良好的审题习惯。
