小学英语骨干教师课堂观摩总结
xx小学英语骨干教师课堂观摩已圆满结束，我们观摩了xx小学和xx小学的四节课，还观看了她们教师风采展示，包括英语歌曲联唱，课本剧，电影配音和小品，这为我们英语教师业务素质的提高提供了一次不可多得的学习机会。通过这样的活动，我觉得自己在教育教学方面收获颇丰。这些执教教师注意创设宽松、愉快的学习氛围，以英语歌曲、歌谣或日常生活对话引入新课，运用多种教学手段，引导学生学得扎实有效。毛教授在《小学英语课堂观察维度与评课活动修辞》的讲座中告诉我们小学英语教学的重点：语音不跑偏，兴趣不消磨，习惯不误导，这些老师的课虽然风格各异，但都很好地体现了这三方面，下面重点结合吴斌老师的《Unit 8 Farewell PartA》谈谈值得我学习借鉴的东西。
一、标准优美的语音语调，让人倍感舒服。
让我感受最深的是各位教师教学语言发音地道，语调流畅。教师语言对于一堂课来说无异于生命的源泉，地道的发音和流利的口语是小学英语教学的一个重要方面。英语教师最基本的要求就是语音语调要准确，并且优美、自然，课堂用语要既简练、准确又易懂，为学生创设很好的英语学习氛围。这次观摩课上我们看到教师们语言能力优异，发音准确，在潜移默化中给学生良好的示范。特别是吴斌老师在长句的教学中，通过意群的划分指导学生进行朗读，还对句子中的升降调进行训练，同时在PPT上标出升降符号告诉学生在句子中的并列单词要前升后降，让学生能够更快更好地进行学习。我想，作为英语老师的我们，更要不断地学习，多练、多听、多读，“practice makes perfect”,这样，才能使自己更自如地驾驭英语课堂。
二、生动真实的生活情境，吸进学生兴趣。
情境是无声的语言，它能给学生带来一种氛围，引导学生将课堂与生活经验联系起来，激发学生的积极情感。教学中教师们都尽可能调动学生已有的生活积累和感受来创设情境，结合生活中的情景提出问题，让学生展开讨论，让每个学生在思维中运用语言，并真正体验到成功的乐趣。吴斌老师通过歌曲导入后，就给学生呈现了他们一年级到六年级的生活场景的照片，这些都是他们经历过的成长足迹，能够唤起他们情感的共鸣，吸引学生的兴趣，激发他们学习的热情。进入课文学习后，利用多媒体呈现色彩鲜艳的学习场景，从单词的讲解，到句型的操练，再到学生的填词造句，一环扣一环衔接得非常自然，学生都能很好的理解和跟进，同时老师通过各种操练给学生很大的空间，特别注重学生听说读写能力的发展，使他们成为课堂中的主角。学习课文之后，又以Guessing game的游戏和“What can we do for our farewell party？”的拓展活动吸引学生的心，让学生在比较真实的语境中学习和运用语言，提高了他们的语言交际能力。
三、灵动落实的课堂习惯，绽放教学精彩。
在课堂教学中，教师们如果能智慧地处理好每一个教学细节，培养良好的学习习惯，捉住那些不期而遇的动态资源，把这些资源生成为教学活动的亮点，定能使课堂涌起精彩的风采。吴斌老师特别注重学生各种习惯的培养，首先是学生自主学习能力的培养，让学生带着任务或者问题去看课文的video，给孩子提供学习策略的指导，让学生学会怎样自主学习。其次是写作习惯的培养，让孩子针对课文的学习进行句子的书写。还有学生学习习惯的培养，书写后把笔放入文具盒放好。最后是复述能力的培养，通过板书的提示能够简单复述课文内容。
为了让我们的课堂教学更加精彩有效，我提出以下问题共同探讨和思考。吴斌老师整堂课中都围绕Let‘s?/We can?/Why not?这三个句子，并设计练习与拓展，但学生是不是会认为只有办party的时候才能用这三个句型，是不是可以模仿朱冰鑫老师那样告诉学生序数词在什么时候用，告诉学生在购物时或者给别人送礼物时也可以用这三个句型。Guessing game游戏中猜测“Who is he or she？中给的信息差不够理想，信息是否要更具针对性，例如”long hairs““tall or short”等等。最后部分的拓展环节是不是可以让学生先说“What can we do for our farewell party？”，然后让学生对说的进行归类，然后进行小组说，最后再写下来。
通过观摩学习，让我开阔了眼界，丰富了我的知识，让我能够在学习别人的优点中进行思考，可以更加理性地反思自己的课堂教学，努力让自己的课堂做地更好。
