一、 土建方面Civil

? 建筑部分:Architectural Part

1.加气混凝土砌块建议改用空心砖。

3.PEHV区域墙的高度没有定义。

There’s no height requirement in PEHV area.

1.建筑与结构中关于隔墙卧梁高度不一致。(300/190)

2.JC-10基础平面尺寸与基础一览表中的不一致。

3.空压站冷水机房SK093-3T1-34图纸上关于罐基础预留孔未做出修改。

There’s no modification about tank foundation reserved manhole on air compressed station chiller room SK093-3T1-34 drawing.

4.墙与柱之间关于拉结筋的处理没有定义。

There’s no requirement of tie-rebar between wall & pillars.

5.檩条埋件标高与预埋件现有位置标高不一致。

Purlin reserved steel pieces elevation is inconsistent with the elevation of reserved steel pieces constructed.

6.PEHV区域墙和抗风柱无基础。

There’s no foundation of wall & wind resistant pillars in PEHV area.

7.厂房内附属用房SK093-3T1-30基础图不详细。(关于柱脚与基础连接部分)

Head building SK093-3T1-30 foundation drawing is not detailed. (About connection part between pillar bottom & foundation)

8. SK093-3T1-5;SK093-3T1-11;SK093-3T1-14;SK093-3T1-15;SK093-3T1-16 图上的大斜线是否代表取消了。

Whether big diagonal lines on SK093-3T1-5, SK093-3T1-11, SK093-3T1-14, SK093-3T1-15 and SK093-3T1-16 drawing means they’re canceled.

9. SK093-3T1-24楼板模板配筋图中负筋为①②⑤⑦标注了钢筋的型号与间距,剩下的负筋都未定义,其图纸说明和总说明也未定义。

There’s no floor slab rebar style & space requirement except ①②⑤⑦ in SK093-3T1-24 floor slab template rebar drawing, either in drawing description & drawing general description.

10.部分建筑与结构图纸没有中英文对照说明。

Some construction drawing & structural drawing are not translated into English.

二、 机械方面Mechanical Questions

1. 需增加车间内所有管线综合布置图(含通风管道,采暖管道,冷却水管道,压缩空气管道,消火栓管道,电气桥架等)。并在车间内东西方向取2道轴线做剖面图。并提交车间管线工作界面详图

All pipelines’ layout need to be added(including ventilation pipes, heating pipes, cooling water pipes, compressed air pipes, fire hydrant pipe and electric tray, etc.). Take 2 east-west axes as section drawing and submit plant pipeline work interface detail drawing.

2. 建议将空压站原有管道与现有管道在图纸上用颜色区分清楚

? 暖通空调:HVAC

1. 车间内风口布置不均匀,建议在西侧物流区域(1a-2a)及车间南侧适当增加风口 Vent isn’t displaced in average in plant; recommend properly adding vents in west logistics area (1a-2a) and south plant.

答:最终方案为,车间内空调送风管延伸至Ba轴,并将原Da轴上12个置换风口中的6个移至Ba轴

2. PEHV区域应增设新风及排风

Ventilation need to be added in PEHV area.

3. 在车间采暖平面图中应标出固定支架 Fixed support shall be marked in plant heating drawing.

三、 电气方面 Electricity Questions

? 方案方面问题 Scheme Questions

1、在华晨中心变电所设置10KV计量,在华晨中心变电所新增1台高压开关柜,计量表直接安装在高压柜内。此高压开关柜需要根据原设计图纸进行设计(电气元件按照华晨要求配置)。在新增10KV配电所进线处设置10KV计量,作为用电量的考核。

Set a 10KV calculating meter in Brilliance center substation, add a HV switch cabinet, and set the calculating meter in switch cabinet. This HV switch cabinet need be designed according to the original drawing (elec. components should be set in accordance with Brilliance requirement). Set a 10KV calculating meter at incoming line of adding 10KV power distribution as reference of power quantity.

会议落实:华晨中心变电所新增1台10KV高压开关柜,柜体自身带计量表。新增10KV配电所进线和各个变压器馈线柜都设置10KV计量,作为用电量的考核。

2、新增10KV配电所6台高压柜合闸电源、控制直流电源不能从华晨中心变电所引入。建议用自带控制电源的10KV开关柜,或在新增10KV配电所增设新的直流屏。

6 10KV HV closing power & control DC power of additional power distribution can’t be supplied by Brilliance center substation. It is recommended to use its own control power’s 10KV switch cabinet, or add a new DC panel in additional 10KV power distribution.

3、建议采用MNS3.0低压配电柜,低压开关柜内配置3P断路器。

It is recommended to use MNS3.0 LV distribution cabinet, and set 3P circuit breaker in LV switch cabinet.

4、根据原F18经验每个变电所补偿和滤波装置总共有5台柜子,总宽度为4米,而不是2台柜子,总宽1.8米,需要设计核实变电平台的设备布置。

Based on experience of the existing F18, there are 5 cabinets with total width 4 meters in each substation compensation and filtering device, rather than 2 cabinets with total width 1.8 meters. Substation platform equipment layout need to be confirmed.

会议落实:请生产工艺确认,变电平台尺寸15*5米是否可行。如不可行,则配电柜双排排列,平台尺寸为12*6米。

5、所有低压备用回路应该设计完成,配置齐全。

All LV spare loops shall be completely designed with complete configuration.

6、IT配电形式按照11月16日会议纪要确定的方案,进行设计。

IT distribution pattern shall be designed in accordance with the determined scheme from meeting minutes of November 16, 2010.

7、取消部分低压开关柜的浪涌保护器。

Surge protector of some switches shall be canceled.

会议落实:与IT有关的配电柜保留浪涌保护器,其余全部取消。

8、建议车间的插座(32A),不从变电平台低压柜直接配出,在车间设置2个配电柜,专为插座配电。

It is recommended that sockets (32A) in shop is not supplied from substation platform LV cabinet but supplied from two special additional distribution cabinets.

9、应该把电缆桥架的规格型号在平面图上详细标注,并应该将原F18车间1#变电平台处高压电缆桥架延伸至新增10KV配电所,以便高压进线电缆的引入(从华晨中心配电所)。

Cable tray specification & model shall be marked in detail in layout, and HV cable tray at 1# substation platform of the existing F18 shall be extended to additional 10KV power distribution, for HV cables’ incoming.(from Brilliance center substation)

10、IT配电柜AT的电源进线要引自不同的变电平台。

AT power incoming lines of IT distribution cabinet shall be supplied form different

substation platform.

11、SK1-8的配线方式应该为SC方式。

SK1-8 wiring operation shall be SC operation.

12、应急照明回路配线应该为阻燃导线。

Emergency lumen loop wiring shall be flame-retardant wire.

13、IT接地系统应该与电气共用,而非独立接地。

IT grounding system shall be shared with electric, rather than an independent grounding. 会议落实:设计院按上述要求修改设计。

14、接地网为9*6网格,而非9*9米。

Grounding grid is 9 * 6 grid, instead of 9 * 9 meters.

15、220V插座建议用4平方的导线,各个卷帘门控制箱也用4平方导线。

It is recommended to use 4 square wires for 220V sockets & control boxes of each shutter. 会议落实:设计院按上述要求修改设计。

16、在弱电图纸中应该将电气的插座等除去,并应该尽量避免与电气插座在同一个立柱处。请IT部门详细审核IT的布置和数量。

Electric sockets shall be removed in weak electrical drawing, and be avoided at the same pillar with elec. sockets. IT shall review its layout & quantity.

17、照明箱配电回路应该为4*X+1*Y,而非3*X+2*Y。

Lumen box distribution loop shall be 4 * X +1 * Y instead of 3 * X +2 * Y.

18、消火栓按钮报警信号线需要并入原F18车间系统,而非单独引至消防泵房。

Fire hydrant button alarm signal line need to be incorporated with the existing F18 system, rather than be in fire pump room independently.

19、变电平台的低压配电回路全部安装计量表。

Calculating meters shall be set in all substation platform LV distribution loops.

会议落实:设计图纸中已经有相关内容。

20、3台变压器并列运行,系统中需要配置逆功率保护。所有断路器必须满足Icu=Ics=100KA. Icw=80KA。

3 transformers operate in parallel, system need reverse-power protection. All circuit breakers must meet Icu = Ics = 100KA. Icw = 80KA.

会议落实:设计图纸中已经有相关内容。

21、卫生间内的插座未标注安装高度及插座是否采用防水型,请明确。

Installation height of sockets in bathroom & waterproof or not need to be confirmed.

22、变电所平面图中LED只有一处与接地装置引出线连接,建议至少与2处接地装置引出线连接。

There’s only one connection with grounding device outgoing-lines in LED of substation layout, which is recommended to be at least two connections.

? 与ROOMBOOK描述不符的Inconsistent With Roombook

1、部分区域照度不能满足要求,例如:204.1区域,101.1区域,102.1区域,102.2区域。208.1-4,208.12区域照度也要求500LUX,此区域是否有生产线照明,需要工艺确定。

Some lumen areas can not meet the lumen requirements, such as: 204.1 area, 101.1 area, 102.1 area and 102.2 area. 208.1-4,208.12 area lumen requirement is also 500LUX, whether this area has production-line-lumen need to be confirmed by process.

会议落实:生产工艺确认208.1-4,208.12区域照度300LUX即可满足需要。其余部位按照ROOMBOOK要求设计。

2、虽然ROOMBOOK中没有要求,但在一些区域应该按照规范设置220V插座,例如:门厅的插座数量过多,而大厅却没有。301.2区域,302.1区域,设备维修办公室,工具间等应增加220V插座。

Although there’s no requirement in roombook, 220V sockets are recommend to be added in

some areas. There are so many sockets in lobby but none in hall. Area 301.2, Area 302.1, maintenance office and tool room also need to be added 220V sockets.

会议落实:设计院按照规范,增加一些房间的插座的设计。

3、214.7区域,216.5区域已经取消,此2区域所有需求取消。根据新的ROOMBOOK,208.12区域,216.4区域的供电需求取消。

214.7 area & 216.5 area has been canceled with their requirements. Power supply requirement in 208.12 area & 216.4 area has been canceled.

会议落实:设计据此进行设计修改。

4、204.1区域220V插座要求19个,图纸中只有18个。

19 22oV sockets in 204.1 area are required 19 in stead of 18 in drawing.

会议落实:设计院按上述要求修改设计。

5、214.1区域,214.3区域各有1个IT插座需求,但弱电图纸中并没有此2个区域。 There’s an IT socket requirement in 214.1 area & 214.3 area while there’s no these 2 areas in weak elec. drawing.

6、ROOMBOOK中有216.7区域,但Layout图纸上并没有此区域,请生产工艺确认是否有此区域。

There’s 216.7 area in roombook but none in layout, whether this area is existed need to be confirmed by process.

会议落实:此区域取消。

7、223.1区域缺1个IT插座。

There’s a missing IT socket in 223.1 area.

会议落实:设计院按上述要求修改设计。

8、ROOMBOOK中303.2区域有220V插座和IT插座需求,但Layout上没有此区域。 There’s 220V socket & IT socket requirement in 303.2 area in roombook, but there’s no 303.2 area in layout.

会议落实:此区域取消。

? 设计有误的问题Design Mistakes

1、为SKAT供电回路不统一,低压柜系统图中显示是3A6-2和2A7-2供电,但SKAT系统图显示为2A4-3和3A3-4。

It’s shown 3A6-2 & 2A7-2 power supply in LV cabinet system drawing while 2A4-3 & 3A3-4 in SKAT system drawing.

会议落实:设计院进行设计修改。

2、FD机柜编号电气与弱电专业不统一。

Electric & weak elec. FD cabinet number is non-uniform.

会议落实:设计院进行设计修改。

3、231.5区域供电,同样的2个回路,配电系统不一样。

2 same loop with different power distribution system in 231.5 area.

会议落实:设计院进行设计修改。

4、车间防火阀为何?设计说明中的IT socket为何?

What does fire damper in workshop mean? What does IT socket in design description mean? 会议落实:没有上述2中设备,取消设计。

5、变电平台的低压配电系统,许多低压断路器型号与实际需求不符,例如:1A7-3断路器型号为R250F 4P 但实际电流设计为630A。请设计详细审核相关问题。

Many LV circuit breakers’ model does not match with the actual requirement in substation platform LV distribution system, such as: model of 1A7-3 circuit breaker is R250F 4P but 630A in actual current design. Please review.

6、电气设计说明中有‘1.本建筑年平均雷击次数为0.115,其中充电间为2区环境,因此主厂房及装卸料区按2级防雷设防’,因为本次设计没有充电间,此项描述有误。

‘1. The average thunder-strike time is 0.115, wherein charge-room is 2 district environment, therefore main plant and loading & unloading areas are designed with 2-level thunder-proof’ in elec. description is incorrect because there’s no charge-room in design.

会议落实:设计院进行设计修改。

7、设计说明中‘由于工艺设备及其用电点的位置建设方没有最终确定,本工程仅设计至配电干线’,此段描述应该取消。图纸上显示的位置即为最终确认位置。

'For it’s not finally determined the point-location of process equipment & power-use, only main distribution is designed’ in design description shall be canceled. For the point-location

shown on drawing is the final point-location.

会议落实:设计院进行设计修改。

8、设计说明中‘3台变压器并列运行,变电所之间采用3200A联络母线,(以上均为甲方指定的方案)’‘根据甲方要求,采用270kVar低压无功补偿,且须采取谐波治理措施,主要抑制5次及7次谐波’,取消此段描述。请设计计算联络母线和补偿的容量。

'3 Transformer work in parallel, use 3200A tie bus (specified by BBA)’ and ‘according to BBA’s requirement, use 270kVar LV non-compensation & use harmonic control, mainly control 5 & 7 harmonics' in design description shall be canceled. Design shall calculate tie bar & compensation capacity by themselves.

9、防雷平面图说明中“所有柱内主筋(不少于4根)做引下线,建筑物基础内主钢筋(不少于4根)做接地极,屋面避雷系统应通过天沟、网架与外圈柱内主筋相连,”但防雷示意图中标注是2根柱内主筋,应该将4根改为2根。

It is said ‘All main rebar inner pillars (no less than 4) shall be used down-lines, main rebar inner construction foundation (no less than 4) shall be used grounding pole, and roof reverse-thunder system shall be connected with gutter, grid & main rebar of inner pillar outside’ in reverse-thunder drawing description, but it is marked 2 main rebar in reverse-thunder drawing, so 2 rebar shall be corrected as 4 rebar.

10、低压系统图2A2配电柜中标注为2500A母线并联母线,请确认。

11、S3变电所低压系统图中10KV进线柜、变压器编号错误。

12、低压系统图3A8出线电缆型号与辅房平面图中的电缆型号不相符。

3A8 outgoing-line cable model in LV system drawing does not match cable model in layout of head building.

? 需要设计核实的问题Questions Need To Be Confirmed

1、在原空压机房增加的APF6容量满足不了冷干机的需求。

Additional APF6 capacity in the existing air compressor room can not meet the requirement of cold-dry-machine.

会议落实:设计院与设备厂家落实具体用电负荷,再进行设计修改。

2、根据经验每台空调机配电需要300A电流,电力为3*120+2*70可以满足要求。不需要为每台空调机组配2个电源。

Each air conditioner needs 300A current distribution based on experience, and 3 * 120 +2 * 70 elec. power can meet the requirements, so it’s no need to set 2 power supplies for each air conditioner.

会议落实:设计院与设备厂家落实具体用电负荷,再进行设计修改。

3、新增10KA配电所10KV电缆的进出线方式是‘下进下出’还是‘上进上出’。配电柜基础应该如何设计?

10KV cable incoming & outgoing ways of additional 10KV power distribution is ‘down-in & down-out’ or ‘up-in & up-out’? How to design power cabinet foundation?

会议落实:确定采用‘下进下出’方式,设计院考虑在新增10KA配电所设置钢平台。

4、厂房屋顶接闪装置的做法,请明确。

Lightening device on plant roof operation needs to be confirmed.

5、统一所有低压系统中断路器脱扣器的型号。建议250A以下采取热磁脱扣,250A以上采用电子脱扣。

Unify model of circuit breaker release in all LV system. Recommend use thermal magnetic release when below 250A, and use elec. release when upper 250A.

? 设计漏项Design Omissions

1、缺高压电缆桥架,原F18车间1#变电平台至新增10KA配电所,10KA配电所至新

车间1-3#变电平台。缺高压电缆,华晨中心变电所至新增10KA配电所,1用1备共2条电缆。

Lack of HV cable tray from 1# substation platform of the existing F18 to additional 10KV power distribution, and from 10KV power distribution to F18 extension 1-3# substation. Lack of HV cable, from Brilliance center substation to additional 10KA power distribution, totally two cables (one use & one standby).

2、新增10KA配电所缺接地图纸。

Lack of grounding drawing in additional 10KV power distribution.

4、对原F18车间充电间改造的没有图纸。

5、在华晨中心变电所增加的高压柜(含计量)没有设计。

No design of additional HV cabinet (including calculating) of Brilliance center substation.

6、对原F18车间弱电机柜电源改造没有图纸(也可以用联系单确定)。

No drawing of the existing F18 weak elec. cabinet power supply modification (can also be determined by technical contact sheet).

7、PHEV和装货区应该有同样9*6的接地网。

PHEV area & loading area shall have the same 9*6 grounding grid.
