一、数据分析：

二、学情分析：

本次阶段测试，总体成绩比期中考试成绩略有下降。

初三（1）班能保持特色班的先进性。

初三（2）班真正优秀的学生不多，只有四位左右。大多为中等生；这次有三个薄弱生成绩在90分以下。

其他班级英语基础非常薄弱，一些外地籍学生学习态度非常不认真，很懒散，不肯学。其他同学也是被动学习，因此，这次考试合格率还是不理想，进步不明显。

三、试卷情况分析：

第一部分听力：第一大题选图片，基本上没有错误。第二大题听对话回答问题，主要错在第8题，没有理解对话的含义。第三大题听短文判断正误，主要个别错在对内容的细节没有听清楚。第四大题主要错在February拼错, views没有听出来。

第二部分词汇和语法：选择题主要错在第36题：对ghost这个词不认识，而影响做题。第44题：对感叹句还是有同学没有掌握。第49题：对be made of 与be made from 区别不知道。第55、56题：对一些语言功能的题目没有灵活掌握。词型转变这次得分率不高，因为没有考最近学的，而随意考了整个初中的一些内容，因此学生做不出。如：memorize, forgetful, safely等。句型转变主要错在第68题：要求改写成现在完成时的被动语态，这平时练地比较少，一些同学还没有掌握。

第三部分阅读和写作：A篇第74题：没有理解透文章。B篇相对来说错误较少。C篇选词完型填空：第87题：不知道especially 这个词。D篇首字母完型填空：主要是check 没有填出，easily, using 没有注意词尾的变化。E篇回答问题，这次普遍做得不好，没有回答到问题的点子上，失分较多。写话中主要还是语法错误较多。总之，这部分阅读和写作，要考验学生的综合运用语言的能力，是很多薄弱学生失分最多的。

四、今后的措施：

1．继续加强听力训练，保持每周一次的听力练习。

2．继续复习初中词汇，在认知的基础上，有选择的对一些重点词汇进行默写，尤其是有词型

转变的词

3．加强第二部分语法题的操练，对学生的错误要面批辅导，提高准确率。

4．要求学生每天看一篇阅读文章，加强语言的输入量，对特色班来说，更要多做完型填空的

阅读。

5．要根据各班具体学情，进行写作辅导。

“Cool” is a word with many meanings. Its old meaning is used to express a temperature that is a little bit cold. As the world has changed, the world has had many different meanings. “Cool” can be used to express feelings of interest in almost anything.

When you see a famous car in the street, maybe you will say, “It’s cool.” You may think, “He’s so cool,” when you see your favourite footballer. We all maximize (扩大) the meaning of “cool”. You can use it instead of many words such as “new” or “surprising”. Here’s an interesting story we can use to show the way the word is used. A teacher asked her students to write about the waterfall (瀑布) they had visited. On one student’s paper was just the one sentence, “It’s so cool.” Maybe he thought it was the best way to show what he saw and felt.

But the story also shows a scarcity (缺乏) of words. Without “cool”, some people have no words to show the same meaning. So it is quite important to keep some credibility (可信性).
