Introduction
Now it is the season of graduation .For most of the graduates, they have found an company which is suitable to them and sign a contract. Then after their graduation ,they can go to the company directly and report to work. But for the severe employment situation ,There are also some graduate students can not sign a contract successfully. So in this season of graduation ,we make a decision, to lay down a questionnaire, and adopt the method of sampling survey, do a survey to the graduates in our school who were not in employment. And finally finding out the main reason of not in employment and Summarizing the related conclusions.
Data acquisition
We hand out questionnaires and randomly interview 50 graduates who are not successfully signed a contract.According to their feedback information,we set up the table below.
Data interpretation
We can see from the statistics given that Almost half of the graduates Under investigation think that learning is the largest cause of affecting employment. In their view, when they studied, they were absent-minded in class. And they don't concentrate on the homework assigned by teacher. They often Cheating in the exam, but failed and didn't pass the exam. The interviewer was not satisfied with record. So they failed to be employment.
And there are two parts student think that Society competition is intense and The employer asked too much but their own conditions cannot be satisfied. This two parts Each of them is account for about 15pecent. Some students Lay the blame on their poor performance in the interview. It takes up about 12%.
In the chart, there is a small part that we shouldn't ignore. Some students think gender affects their employment. They are all girls. But most companies which hire stuff in our school only need boys.
Conclusion
Through the investigation,we get some information about the reason of difficulty of employment. And we state my own idea, the four years in college, our main task is to study. We should study hard in order to quality our work of study, and don't waste time to play games or do others. And at the same time we can exercise our all sides to upgrade our comprehensive ability so that we can win in the fierce competition. As long as we have a better Performance ,Even if the company have more strict conditions we can easily meet their requirements. Especially for girls. And finally ,For the students who not get job,Obtaining employment is not the only way. The government supports strongly to do own business and become self-employed. As long as have the ability, every thing is possible.
We hope that this survey report not only to graduate, but also to the students who are learning at university lead them have a clear understanding of employment .
