Report of task on collating the records and files of equipments

Purpose:

The purpose of the task on collating the records and files of equipments was to check and collate the useful information about the main equipments used for production, to form records and files of equipments in the integrity, and to make corresponding between information and equipments, record and equipments, managing standard and importance of equipments, spares and requirement. After this task, we can introduce a soft information system on equipment management to our company, and take the collated information as the based data. The report aimed to tell us the purpose and content of this task and the arrangement of the task.

Main content of the task

? Collating the information of the main producing equipments, dividing equipments according to the equipment system, and making sure its importance, A ,B, or C.

? Compiling the managing standard and regulation

? Collating the information of the equipment in the whole using time, as running, repairing, maintaining, ect.

? Forming the records files and files of equipments with its importance of A, and forming the card of equipments with its importance of B

Plan and Arrangement

? First step: Set up a special working group for this task. The members of the group are the manager of equipments in every department.

? Second step: Made survey about equipment management in every department, and Compiling the managing standard and collating lists. The content of the standard and the lists needs to be fit in the actuality of the company on the aspects of equipments, management, providence on human resources, ect.

? Third step: According to the standard and the lists, checked and record productive equipments in every department.

? Forth step: Compile the managing regulation, mainly on the aspect of maintaining and repairing, according to the industrial norm, instructions and experience.

? Fifth step: According to the lists checked and record, collated the files and records of the main equipments. The files and records were divided on productive system.

Conclusion

In this task, we collated the detailed information of main productive equipments, and formed the integrated files and records of the equipments on the kind of A. These data and information are very useful in equipment management. But we also found some problems in our data and management, such as incompleteness of some equipment’s data,

uncorresponding between records and object, and backward management, ect. These problems will be researched and improved in our later working tasks.

Procedures for journey overseas

If you want to have a trip or journey overseas, to enjoy the beautiful scenes and the different life in the other country , please remember before your departure from the gate of your country , that you must finish the follow procedures.

First step : Get the application form of exit for abroad used your ID card from the department of exit or enter a country in your locating Public Security Organ, and Fill the form in detail.

Second step: Submit the form finished, the copy of your ID card and some recent photos used for certificate.

Third step: Submit the certificate of foreign exchange which will be used for your journey overseas.

Forth step: Submit other certificate needed for your journey

Fifth step: After your materials are all complete and you have been permitted, you can get your passport the department of exit or enter a country in your locating Public Security Organ.

If you make sure that you have finished above procedures, please prepare your clothes, money or credit card, camera, plane ticket and other things needed, and then start your happy journey immediately .
