    Instant noodles have become international food. It is probably the statistical global annual consumption of instant noodles for about 1/3 of the Chinese consumed the 65.25 billion. China has become the world's instant noodle production and consumption country. 21st century co-exist in the rapid development of China's instant noodle industry opportunities and risks, opportunities and challenges. However, in our education enrollment banner waving, the number of students in China soared. College students as a special social groups enhance the overall spending power as the number of straight up. The following is a report about university student most on instant noodles.

The first part:How many times does college students eat instant noodle?

   According to investigation, we know that the instant noodles has become an important part in ShenZhen polytechnic’s students. From survey, 33% of the students eat the instant noodle around once a week ,next,there are 31% students eat the instant noodle twice to fourth a week,the students who never eat the instant noodle has 21%.while eating instant noodles most frequency is about 15%.Thus we can realize that the instant noodles of college students is very popular in the future.The specific investigation are shown below:

 The second part: Where are they buy the instant noodle?

  We can concluded that the student in Shenzhen polytechnic is prefer to buy in store blew their dormitory where is the nearest place to them , beside, they think it can save time .It lead to 73% students buy the instant noodle in store below their dormitory ,only 14% students buy it from supermarket and market .So, to capture instant noodles market, we should force the selling on campus . Only in this way ,can we ensure that our instant noodles market is bright.

  So, in the beginning of listed products, we have to pay a considerable cost into the college students' store below dormitory to get the college students' consumer field of vision, and attract them to buy, and finally capture market.

The third part:Which brand do they choose?

  Investigation shows that, at present students eat instant noodles brand is mainly 康师傅and 统一.From 200 respondents ,among 75 students willing to eat 康师傅, 41 students eat Uni-President . Besides, there were 27 students choose 今麦郎and 22 students love white 白象.

  Thus, instant noodle brand is more and more important.A dominant brand is highly unlikely to ever lose its position,like Tingyi and Uni-President.But some small brands are forcing to pull out of markets.

The fourth part:What’s factors for students to choose instant noodle?

  From pie chart,20% students pay more attention in taste when they choose instant noodle.In addition, 9% students will pay more attention to product size, 11% students will consider the nutritional factors.

At the same time, 13% students said they would buy the instant noodles products considering the price factor. So, we should pay attention to product quality at the same time so that students can accept.

  However,some students will consider the instant noodles health and food safety problems. With the improvement of people's living standard, people pay more and more attention to healthy diet and food safety. So, as a manufacturer, we must firmly seize the consumer need, the products make corresponding adjustment, in order to constantly cater to consumers, obtain the trust of consumers.

The fifth part:How students get the information?

  Although today is modern times , but students get information from internet is only 7%, so, new media propaganda is not suitable for all products. However, there are 26% students said they get the instant noodles information through the television advertising. So ,TV ads are still indispensable in the product ads.

  Secondly, there are 21% students and 17% students get the information from friend and promotion. So, only produce a high quality products can win good reputation.

The sixth part:What’s Demands of Students require in Instant noodles?

  According to the survey, There are 68 students think in instant noodles add eggs as non-staple food, they will be more willing to buy instant noodles. In addition, there are 43 students like in the instant noodles add vegetables as non-staple food. Therefore, make use of the new technology in the development of new products, try in instant noodles add consumers like eggs and vegetables. Also, 64 students expressed taste to choose their own love of instant noodles is very import, there are 31 students said they also pay attention to the component of instant noodles. In the final analysis, or have higher requirements on the quality of instant noodles!

Warmly, there are 33 students said they would in the choice to focus on health, there are 30 students also said they choose will pay more attention to food safety. Therefore, in the development of new products must be conscious to join the health, nutrition, safety and other elements, can be more popular with consumers by college students!

First of all, in the next instant noodles market competition, product quality always can not be bypassed. No matter what the level of quality is always the key to winning.  As a producer or seller must be well aware of the situation for consumers. For college students, there is a very obvious characteristics of purchase instant noodles is that Principle of proximity.

Finally, if Kangshifu new products to meet consumer requirements, the new products to market will be a great success. Therefore, it is recommended that Developing a new products must consider consumer demand. Then try to meet consumer demand, We believe that the competitiveness of new products will be on a higher level.

家庭教育个案研究 调查报告

内容摘要:本文研究的是在正常的中产家庭环境中成长并长期接受正常家庭教育的女孩子,一直和父母生活在一起,孩子在行为习惯方面表现很正常。只是父母忙于工作,较少陪伴孩子,致使孩子内心极度渴望爱。家庭环境良好,物质不缺乏,但是精神寄托不稳定,从父母得不到需要的爱与关怀。母亲对孩子要求严格,孩子从小一直渴望得到母亲认可却无法达到母亲要求。也因此对同龄人持不屑态度。进入青春期后,试图从异性处获得关爱,频繁

见网友。

一.前言

家庭是儿童生命的摇篮,是人出生后接受教育的第一个场所,即人生的第一个课堂;家长是儿童的第一任教师,即启蒙之师。所以家长对儿童所施的教育最具有影响力,家庭教育重要性不言而喻。我国古谚有:“染于苍则苍,染于黄则黄。”国外有育儿歌: 挑剔中成长的孩子学会苛刻,

敌意中成长的孩子学会争斗,

讥笑中成长的孩子学会羞怯,

羞辱中成长的孩子学会自咎,

宽容中成长的孩子学会忍让,

鼓励中成长的孩子学会自信,

称赞中成长的孩子学会欣赏,

公平中成长的孩子学会正义,

支持中成长的孩子学会信任, 赞同中成长的孩子学会自爱,

友爱中成长的孩子学会关怀。

二、研究对象

杲杲(化名),女, 独生子女,汉族,19岁,现就读于美国排名前二十高校。父亲50岁,本科文化,局机关领导,母亲46岁,本科文化,工程师。家庭完整,物质充足,父母关系一般,接触不多,交流较少,都忙于工作且都以工作为重。在工作之余母亲会顾家,父亲则忙于自我兴趣爱好。孩子成绩在同龄人实属优异,在孩子身边同龄人群也算中等偏上。

三、家庭教育状况描述

幼年缺少陪伴,喜悦、荣誉或是苦恼、疑惑都缺乏分享对象,内心寂寞。小学期间,孩子就读于七对七班级,七点放学后,母亲会接孩子到单位加班,孩子往往睡去之后才回家。三八妇女节,女教师放半天假,老师教导孩子要祝福妈妈,感谢妈妈,孩子想好了话却一个人在学校从两点等到五点。母亲到学校时孩子不高兴,母亲也指责孩子不懂父母工作养家的艰辛。母亲教育方式极具中国特色,一旦不符合要求,非打即骂。初中家长会后,因对孩子成绩不满,用字典砸,并呵斥孩子不许哭,和孩子冷战。孩子努力捧回作文大奖,没有鼓励肯定,更没有赞扬奖励,好似是应得的。而参赛无奖则言语讽刺孩子江郎才尽。虽对身体影响不大,但心灵创伤影响深远。另外孩子从小学习钢琴,练习中的打骂更不必提。好在孩子在父母潜移默化影响下,酷爱阅读书籍,在父母的极度缺失下,用书籍填补心中的空虚,才没有走上反社会的道路。孩子在父母的缺失下成长,对爱极度渴望又不知从何爱,如何爱。对家庭同样存在矛盾心理,一方面想要尝试和父母亲近,撒娇,另一方面又对此存恐惧。以致婚恋观不够稳定,不知如何与恋人相处,一方面享受并感激有人爱,一方面感到自己从未从父母处得到足够的爱与关怀,自己也无从给他人爱与关怀。

四、分析与讨论

认真分析家庭情况,又通过与该生的谈心和周围同学的了解。尤其是学校,有一位老师对其及其家庭比较了解。在全面掌握了研究对象的个性品质,兴趣爱好,家庭生活教育情况后,对其进行了全面的分析,认为研究对象脾气性格以及目前的表现,与目前的家庭状况以及家庭教育有着密切的关系,从而首先从指导家庭教育着手,开展对该生家庭教育的指导系列工作。

1、查阅相关资料,了解研究缺失型家庭子女教育的误区及子女的心理特点。 通过查阅书籍和中国期刊网等网页资料,分析、整理出与课题相关的资料信息,广泛吸

纳国内外在对缺失型家庭研究的基础上所取得的理论成果和实践经验。

2、探索实践,为家长提供有效的指导和服务。

多次通过家访、电访、个别交流等方式与孩子的父母亲进行深入交流和沟通,让他们了解一些缺失型家庭的家教案例,知道缺失对孩子的教育所产生的后果。向他们分析了孩子现有的一些问题行为、心理特点与现有的家教误区和家教环境的关系。以比较婉转的方式引导家长对孩子的教育问题引起重视,愿意转变现有的家教观念。具体做法如下:

(一).培养良好的亲子关系

1.亲子间多陪伴,多沟通

2.让母亲合理要求孩子

3.亲子间坦诚相处,不互相推卸责任

4.教导孩子理解父母的难处

五.个案指导成果

研究对象家庭教育模式不是瞬间养成的,在短期内完全改变是不可能的。目前,家庭氛围比转变之前更温暖。

1、指导的直接对象----家长的变化

通过指导,家长在观念、态度、行为、方式上都有了一定的转变,家教能力与家教质量有了明显的提高。

(1)家长逐步树立了正确的教育观,教养方式越来越趋向民主型,他们能重视孩子的心理需要,充分地与孩子进行沟通,使亲子之间保持了一种平等的关系,尽可能给予爱与关怀。

(2)家长的教育能力有了明显提高。自从接受指导后,家长认识到教育模式对孩子影响是很大的,为孩子他们重视孩子,不再一味忙碌于自我私事。家教指导活动促使家长产生了家教动力,家长开始愿意与孩子加强接触、沟通,他们能自愿地去探求家教的知识,在不知不觉中改变着自己的教养态度和行为方式。

2、指导的间接对象-----孩子的变化

经过指导教育孩子和父母相处不再隔膜。在家中不再无所适从,建立了一定的依属感。

3、指导者本身----研究者的变化

研究者的素质与能力有了提高。教师经常利用课余时间进行学习,并积极开展指导活动,在实践中摸索经验。现在,研究者对开展家教指导活动能应付自如,研究者的表达能力、交往能力、应变能力、写作能力都有所提高。

六.结论与反思

通过此次指导使研究者体会到

1、改善家长的教养方式,在家庭环境中改变父母对孩子的教育采取的模式是可行的、有效的。

2、孩子对父母、家庭乃至社会的态度及反应来源于父母对孩子的态度。父母在家庭教育中要客观认识自己的角色及教育模式。

儿童青少年心理,行为与家庭教育气氛、父母教育方式及心理环境等密切相关,任何一个学生的心理偏差以至于最终的行为偏差都可能从家庭的教养方式和家庭人际关系中找到某些直接或间接的根源。如果这一问题得不到重视和解决,不仅会对学生的学业产生负面的影响,严重的还会制约学生人格的健康发展。因此,每一个教育工作者更应该把对家长进行家庭教育指导作为一种责任,以此让学校教育、家庭教育有机整合,共同为未来培育优良后代。
