以前,每每看见别人在泳池里游泳真的好羡慕!真希望自己有朝一日,也能在那池“蓝天”里驰骋.前不久，在我的强烈要求下,妈妈为我花了2000元在新凤城游泳馆报了为期两个月的自游泳培训班。原本以为梦想将从这里启航.可谁料,磨难，从此开始。

记得进培训班的第一天，教练就扯着嗓门，板着脸,神情严肃地对我们说：“我是你们这期培训班的教练，我只给你们两个月的时间。两个月以后每位学员必须通过自由泳的考试，大家听到了吗?”天呢!两个月!这对从未下过水的我来说简直是天方夜谭.“听，听??,听到了.”我的心不禁打起颤来.我意识到，我遇到了人生道路上的一道坎，但既然选择了它,我就必须跨过去!

当天，教练就教我们练习闷水。只见教练深吸一口气后，潜入水里，过了好一会儿才上来。接下来，他要求我们自己练习。由于我小时候洗头时曾被水呛着过，因此，看着这一池的水，我愣是不敢下去。最后是教练硬把我推下了水。还扯着我的脑袋把我往水里按。我使劲地摇晃着，就像一匹烈马想挣脱绳索的束缚.可我区区一个孩子，怎能敌的过几个回合下来，不仅没有半点效果,还呛了好几口水.。我难受极了，使劲地咳嗽。但教练似乎没有人性，像监工一样死死地看住我，“潜入水里，不要吸气，要呼气!呼气!”他那破铜锣般的嗓音一次次响起。10秒，30秒，50秒，70秒??15天以后，我终于掌握了闷水的技巧。

接下来的日子，教练叫我们在岸上练习自由泳地划水姿势，自以为练得很不错我，不知怎么的，只要一“下”水，手脚就不听使唤。我只得再“爬”上岸老老实实的.一遍又一遍的重复着枯糙而又乏味的动作。一个月以后，我终于驾驭了它。

最后一关也是最难---的-------------___“换气”。它得把前面学的几个环节来个“三合一”。光“一”和“二”，已经耗去了一个半月，再来“三合一”，谈何容易啊!可我又转念一想,咱不能气馁，你都过了两关了，怎么能在这第三关败下阵来?”我暗暗咬紧牙关，按照教练叫我们的口诀，一遍又一遍的在水中练习着。

真是功夫不负有心人，半个月以后，当我听到教练“笃”的一声哨响，纵身“跃”入了水中的那一刻,我知道,这道坎,我跨过了!

其实，人生的道路从来都不平坦，谁都会遭遇各种各样的坎。要像刘翔那样勇往直前，你就能飞跃一道又一道坎，你的人生就充满灿烂和喜悦。

People should be prevented from throwing rubbish everywhere. We should try our best to take care of our environment and fight against pollution.

As time goes by, humans are making the earth sick. People cut down too many trees and leave rubbish everywhere. Factories let out their waste without doing anything to it.
