I am one of the customers of your shop. I am writing to you to complain about the commodity I purchased in your online store two days ago.
On April 12, I bought a white dress in your store but you sent me a pink one. What’s worse, the dress is too big to wear. I thought I bought a small size rather than a middle one.
Overall, I am very disappointed with this purchase. I would be grateful if you would replace this dress with the one I need. If not, I would hope to ask for a refund.
