为方便广大专业技术人员有计划地完成20xx年职称申报继续教育培训任务，现将有关政策要求汇总摘录如下：

1、近五年继续教育培训记录总学时，中、高级达到400学时，初级达到300学时。

2、其中公共课程学习记录：必须有《专业技术人员权益保护》（40学时）、《创新创业在武汉》（40学时）和《职业伦理与积极心理》（40学时）三门公共课的学习记录；必须有近二年（2011、2012或2012、2013）武汉人事人才培训网每年20学时（共40学时）的学习记录。

3、专业课程学习记录。由本人申报专业市属对口继续教育基地负责培训及学时登记。

培训由各行业归口的继续教育基地负责实施，武汉人事人才培训网负责组织公共课程的考试与学习档案及证书管理。学员必须完成规定的160学时公共课程学习任务才能在武汉人事人才网申请《武汉市继续教育电子证书》审核、打印。完成160学时必修课程且总学时达到400可以自主申请打印（不用审核）。 以上为学习提示，具体标准及要求以武汉市人力资源和社会保障局相关文件为准。
